大發貓麵館（Fat Mao Noodles)，店名大大的中文字，經過還以為是中式麵館，每每從門口經過，連瞥一眼菜單的念頭也沒有。 . 最近朋友介紹一位溫哥華的Iger，被一張泰北咖哩麵的圖片吸引，想說溫哥華還有看起來這麼正宗的泰式料理店嗎？ . 於是來到這家偽中式麵館的泰式麵館，意外的驚喜，沒有傳統每家泰式料理都有的泰式炒河粉Pad Thai，只賣五種麵食以及一些小菜，我們試了泰南獨特口味的叻沙湯麵以及泰式椰奶濃湯粿條。 . 然而這道看似簡單的椰奶濃湯粿條，真的讓我們非常驚艷，濃郁的椰奶外，每樣泰式食材的香氣都十分濃郁，加上超軟Q的粿條口感，真的是名列目前我們在溫哥華第一名的泰式餐點。 . 喜歡泰式料理的一定要來試一試，特別是椰奶湯裡頭那檸檬的酸味更是恰到好處，讓人怎麼吃都不覺得膩。 . Fat Mao Noodles (大發貓麵館），the chinese word show on the sign board in front of the restaurant, I assumed it is a Chinese noodles restaurant when I passed by every time, even have no desire to pay attention on it. . My friend introduced me an iger recently, there was a picture showed Koh Soi then grabbed me eyes, then I started to know it’s a Thai restaurant. . But I didn’t try the Koh Soi here, because there was some special dish attracted me, we tried southern Thai Beef Laksa and Coconut creamy noodle. . Coconut creamy noodle really impressed me, soup was dense and every Thai ingredients emit their special smell, made it so delicious. . 據說去年的現在，溫哥華已經降下大雪，今年似乎只有寒冷的高氣壓，零下冷冽的寒風，沒有雪景的點綴，似乎有點孤獨。 . 去年，在紐西蘭被暴風雪困在一個小鎮上，當下有點難過，因為必須放掉一些行程，但心念一轉，不如就趁這機會，好好的跟這片白雪好好狂歡～ . 白靄靄的世界，完全讓人將寒冷拋之腦後，用力盡情的大跳，不浪費一分一秒，在山頭的頂端大聲呼喊，然後放肆的狂笑。 . 也許這就是忘卻煩惱的無憂世界，旅行的每一步一腳印，都是一個人生的試煉及心靈的陶冶的歷程。 . 時間不會停止，人生不斷推進，保持初心，創造自己獨有的人生故事吧：） . 華盛頓大學圖書館，入口寫著「保持安靜」，但遊客卻依舊絡繹不絕，每個人小心翼翼的試圖在不打擾專心在書本上的學生們，將這偌大壯觀又神聖的殿堂留在回憶裡，細細回味。 . 許多人形容，這裏就像電影裡頭霍格華茲的閱覽室，乍看之下，的確非常有那種史詩般奇幻的電影味，非常宏偉。 . 西雅圖，就在溫哥華開車2個多小時的城市，就像台北到台中般的快速，也算溫哥華的小近郊，一天來回都不會嫌累。 . 來西雅圖，體驗與加拿大不同的風情，喝下幾杯迷人醉心的經典咖啡，漫走悠閒的派克市場，好好的規劃一場近郊的咖啡冒險吧：） . 終於體驗到85度C在美國的火紅程度了。 . 晚上9點多還在排隊，台灣式的麵包在西方真的很火紅，會做傳統麵包的人，來美國打工，一小時時薪15美金起跳，台幣約450元左右，是不是很誘人？ . 可是⋯要合法到美國工作好像也不是那麼容易⋯（嘆～ . Finally, I experienced how popular the 85*C opened in America. . 秋天的灰熊鎮，成熟的楓葉倒映在宛如仙境的湖畔旁，真的超級美。 . 儘管烏雲密佈，裊裊升起的水氣為這片美景添上幾分神秘，雲霧繚繞間忽然傳來幾道的汽笛聲，遠方的鐵橋上一輛蒸汽火車緩緩駛近，像極了電影裡的夢幻場景。 . 若是時間允許，真的好想在這裡多留上一宿，搜尋許多資料，都沒見過灰熊鎮有如此美麗的仙境湖畔，這裡分享給大家「哥倫比亞河畔」。 .
