Dasein wants to cuddle basically all the time. He loves all this Everything stuff now that he feels safe, and there’s nowhere he feels safer than with the wizard

The first thing he does when he’s given the green light, is hum contentedly as he gathers the wizard in his arms. His vestigial wings will tremble, like how a cat’s tail trembles when they’re happy to see you

He’s fine with either talking or staying quiet. The most important thing to him is just getting to be close to someone he loves

Regardless of whether he’s taller or shorter than the wizard, he has a deep need to be held once in awhile at the very least. It might be kinda silly if he’s significantly taller and wants to be the little spoon, but he’s gonna be SO happy regardless. Sometimes he just wants to be reminded that the wizard is just as real as he now is

Cuddling is for naps, conversation, sleeping at night, reading… basically, if it’s somewhere quiet and at least a little secluded, Dasein is gonna ask the wizard if they want to cuddle for a while. It has a very restorative effect, at least according to Dasein

If the wizard can’t or doesn’t want to cuddle, Dasein won’t force it. But he will be annoying about it :] he’s fully prepared to discuss the pros and cons at any time to try to convince the wizard

Any style is ok by Dasein. He loves spooning the most, but he’d be extremely happy with anything

Dasein’s going to insist on holding the wizard when they’re upset. He’s going to wipe away any tears and comfort them by softly singing, or gently hushing them, or rocking them side to side

Getting to wrap the wizard in his arms at the end of the day is the most comforting ritual for Dasein. He wants to hear all about their day, if he didn’t go with them, and encourage them to keep doing good for others

Cuddling is also the perfect opportunity to flirt. He loves to tell the wizard how cute they are, how their hair looks especially good, how the perfume they’re wearing is his favorite, how they’re so comfortably warm, etc

If/when the wizard has to get up, Dasein gets a little sad. The cure is usually a kiss on the forehead and a gentle reminder that they’ll get to cuddle some more later on

So I've been trying to avoid saying too many selenopolis spoilers but oh my god this is crazy.

I have never been really creeped out by wizard101 until we got to selenopolis. The description of Konshu and how his moon magic completely destroys a person. Removes their identity leaving them a husk and leaves him able to rewrite their memories at any time.

I have been in many mmo communities in my time and oh my god this kinda doomerism is so fucking rampet in every community. People will be like "this game is dead/dying" when the game is slightly less popular than it used to be, or like a bug is found and they are like "LOL GLITCHIEST GAME EVER BAD GAME" and it is so frusterating.

Speaking on this update yes it isn't pefect, i think the labors are dumb time wasters, i think the weaving spells are not really that good for pve which is the majority of players, and yes the bazaar changed sucked.

BUT! There is so much good about this update. Fun character call backs, a cool area with amazing lore, and while spell weaving isnt perfect right now it is a great foundation i hope KI does more with. I had to unfollow a youtuber who was so doomer about this update calling it "the worst update ever" and did a cringe ass live stream where he "roasted haters"

This kinda shit is so common in multiplayer game communities and i hate it.

wiztwt is so fucking doomer it’s insufferable. “are we entering the dark ages of wiz” what the fuck are you TALKING about. this was the greatest in-between arcs update by far with great reception. literally get a grip

can we talk about how khonsu, the villain who wanted to eradicate us, is the third person to correctly identify (under manipulation tactics) that the wizard has done and sacrificed more than enough for the spiral and we deserve to rest. for context the other two people who have said this exact sentiment are morganthe and grandfather spider, two other villains who wanted to eradicate us
