I can NEVER EVER get enough of this amazing story. Best part โ†’ the story is TRUE! Subhan'Allah!
A beautiful and emotional real life love storyย  We all talk about love, and we are all brought up in an environment with soap operas and movies, they always talk to you about a love story between a man and a woman. And we all read stories with endings where they marry one another, and then they live happily ever after.ย  This is not the case, they never show you what happens after marriage, marriage is a test, marriage is an institution, marriage is a project. You want a good partner, you want a quality partner, and that quality partner is a righteous spouse.ย  A man who went to work in the gulf countries for many years, he was very poor when he went there, but he became wealthy, his father was a very righteous man, and used to be a Imam. So the young man after accumulating this wealth, said to his father:ย  My father I want to get married, a lot of years passed by without being married and now I want to get married. And I want you to choose a wife for me, and I want you to go ahead and do the marriage contract, and I want to go into the actual marriage the day that I arrive, I donโ€™t want to see her before that. This is how much he trusted his father, ofcourse a righteous man knows that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: a woman is asked in marriage for 4 reasons, wealth, beauty, lineage and Religion, you better go for the Religion. He chose a very religious woman for his son, but her physical appearance was not the best. The son arrived at the airport in Egypt, and he was taken to his wife who was wearing a veil.ย  Then he got into the room with her alone, and as soon as she unveiled herself he became shocked, he became shocked! This is the wife that my father chose for me? Shes not beautiful, shes not beautiful!ย  He became so depressed!, here I come after all these years, and this is what I get?ย  He became so depressed that he just went to sleep. Towards the last third of the night, the wife who understood the reaction of the husband, tried to wake him up, he refused, she tried again, he refused, and then she sprinkled water over him to wake him up, and then he woke up, and she spoke to him:ย  I know how disappointed you are, and i understand Iโ€™m not beautiful, but you know what, I wished to get married for one reason. I wanted to implement the Hadith of the Prophet when he said: May Allah have mercy on a man who wakes up at night to pray and then he wakes up his wife, and if she does not wake up, he will sprinkle some water over her face, to wake her up.And may Allah have mercy on a woman who wakes up at night to pray and then she wakes up her husband, and if he does not wake up, she will sprinkle some water over his face, to wake him up. And by Allah, I am so grateful to you that you granted me that wish, I wanted to implement that Hadith so much, and I was a little bit hopeless that I would not get married, because I am not beautiful. Can you please now fulfill the rest of this Hadith with me?ย  Can you wake up and just lead me in salah, pray tahajjud with me? He woke up and led her in salah. This man swears by Allah, that as soon as he ended his tahajjud, leading her in salah,I looked at her as if I am looking at the most beautiful woman in the world. Thatโ€™s the way it goes, donโ€™t be deceived by all these soap operaโ€™s and movies, the love gets to the heart because of Allah, Allah can make you love your spouse, but you and your spouse obey Allah, lead your wives in salah, have your husbands make you lead you in salah. This family, they have grandchildren who memorize the Quran, and they are students of knowledge, and some of them are about to become scholars of this ummah.ย  Donโ€™t compromise, nor test the commands of Allah, if you want to live happily ever after

Just like with everything else on our minds, with time we tend to forget our sins, just because we have forgotten them does not mean they have been forgiven for. The mere passing of time does not make our sins go away. We have to seek forgiveness everyday for our present sins and our past.

"This is a social networking site, we're not putting up selfies for ourselves, as we can look in the mirror and see what we look like. Selfies have become a platform for public approval. We sit and wait to see how many likes and comments we get, the more we get the better we feel? The more reassuring it is that our beauty is being approved? and Nauthubillah our hearts don't shake when random men comment "masha'Allah" "you're beautiful " "wow" !? "hot"! etc...Allahu musta'an. :|

Noah (as) was belittled by his people. Heโ€™d preach to them & the people would laugh at him. His wife didnโ€™t believe in him as well. His children did except for one. Maturity is humility. A mature person is able to say, "I was wrong" And when he is proved right, he does not have to say "I told you so'' Maturity means dependability, integrity, keeping one's word. Maturity is the ability to live in peace with things we cannot change.

Unlawlful love before marriageโ€ฆ Ibn al Qayyim al Jawziyyah (rahimahullah) mentions in regards to unlawful love before marriage (i.e. haram sexual relations, or love for someone who you are unable to marry). โ€œAnd the cure for this deadly illness (i.e. unlawful love before marriage) is for the person that is afflicted to realise that this love is only due to his/her own delusions and ignorance. Soย upon such a person is to first and foremost strengthen their Tawheed and reliance upon Allah, and secondly to increase in worship and busy themselves with it, so much so that they do not have any spare time letting their minds wander and think about their beloved. And they should call upon Allah to protect them and save them from this evil, just as Prophet Yusuf called upon Allah and he was saved. And they should do as he did, be as he was, in terms of ikhlaas (sincerity) and remembering Allah in abundance. This is because if the heart is filled with ikhlaas for the sake of Allah, there will be no space left for any unlawful love to be present, rather this only happens to a heart that is empty and has no ikhlaas whatsoever. And let such people remind themselves that whatever Allah has decreed for them is only in their own best interests, and when Allah commands something it is never to cause harm or misery to His slaves. And let them also remind themselves that their unlawful love does not benefit them, neither in this world or the hereafter! As for this world then they will be so preoccupied with their love that it will cripple them and will cause them to live in a fantasy world. And as for the hereafter then it will cause them to be preoccupied with the love of the creation instead of love for the Creator! These people need to be reminded, that the one who is submerged in something will never see itโ€™s ill effects, neither will the person who has never experienced such things. The only people who will be able to relate to them are those who have experienced the same thing but have been saved. Such people can look back and realise how evil it is.โ€

1. O Allฤh! I ask You of Your Mercy by which You give guidance to my heart, by which You make my work easy, and removed my distressed condition by it, and manage my issues in my absence by it. And give exaltation and honor by Your Mercy; and clean my actions (from hypocrisy and infidelity) by Your Mercy; and put that thing in my heart, which is correct and suitable for me; and whatever I like, grant me by Your Mercy; and protect me from all evil by Your Mercy.

Assalamu alaykum, you said in your last post that everything we do will become public on the judgement day, does that include sins you've repented for?
