We are losing shelter in the morning, and we really could use help getting into a new place as soon as possible. I feel awful, and the weather isn't being kind to my health. Any help is greatly appreciated.

My family and I are still homeless and things have been looking very bleak this past month. My health has been poor for a while now and, even after several doctors visits, it'll be some time before I'm fully recovered. We have not stopped looking for work and a solution for our situation but we haven't had any luck yet. Instead, we lost an important resource that was helping us cover important bills so I see this month being harder than the last one.

I'm asking around for help covering a motel room, food, important bills, and other necessities while I work out fixing our situation and recover from being sick. The weather has been all over the place and I can't get sicker right now, so any help with funds or sharing is greatly appreciated. Also, this is an ongoing need as we pay the room every three days, so please don't assume that we have what we need if the notes get high. Thank you to everyone who has been helping us so far. It's been harder than I could ever imagine and we wouldn't have survived this long without you all.

We'll run out of food and meds soon.

Rent + debt aid is urgently needed!!!

Monday, February 24th: Hello, everyone. I’m Gem, a bi, mentally ill, and disabled woman in desperate need of help as I'm struggling to pay off my debt before I receive my welfare (28th).

I apologize for asking for help again. As most of you know from my previous posts, I have been struggling to make ends meet while on welfare. And due to my outstanding bills and ever-increasing debt, it has been difficult for me to get by. These past few months have been absolute hell, and with no other income, I've been relying on the kindness of others to get by.

I am in desperate need of that kindness again as I managed to get some of my debt written off, however, due to my remaining debt, I have 30 days to pay £351.54 and I received this letter over the weekend stating that I am £156.04 in rent arrears both of which I can't possibly pay off on my own with the limited welfare I receive.

I don't receive my welfare until the 28th and if I can't pay these balances off by then, my welfare will be taken and I won't be able to pay this month's rent and bills!!

Again, I know this is a lot to ask, but if anyone could spare any amount to help me, even if it’s just £1/$1/€1, it would save my life, and sharing helps just as much.
