Galdrallar, Introduction

“Wait, wait, wait — are you telling me you are Merlin? And why aren’t you dead?”

When Maeve Elarion asked for a bit of magic in her life, she didn’t mean the Trollhunters and a family of wizards and witches going for her head.

Since she was young her father, Caspian (yes, like the prince of Narnia) has told her stories about their family lineage and how they were chosen by Merlin himself to bear the ocean crystal, Glastameri.

(And it was also revealed that her parents were wizards all this time! Oh, wow!)

Now, with nineteen years old and no magic skills (what a disappointment!), Maeve looks for a little of color in her life. Then she bumps into James Lake Jr. and everything goes to the drain because, for some reason, her crystal is activated near the Amulet that the young Trollhunters has.

Oh, and don’t forget about the magical family that wants to steal the crystal.

Hi! Um, so, Lina and I are writing this fanfic on another website in Spanish, but we wanted to translate it into English and that's why we are posting it here (and AO3, too). The plot is inspired by Avatar: The Last Airbender, Frozen II and a bit of The Dragon Prince and it sets after Trollhunters Season 3 and Wizards. We hope you enjoy the story and let us know if we have any mistake because English is not our first language! ♥

P.S.: The first chapter will be available next year because, like I said, English is not our first language and chapters are long.

First of all, we want to clarify that our ocs (original characters) are going to have animated faceclaims such as Anna from Frozen, who's the main of our story, and others that will appear throughout the story. All rights reserved to their owners. If you're a fanfic writer, you know how complicated it can be to choose a faceclaim, therefore a lot of writers select actors/actresses, models and even animated characters. If you can choose Dove Cameron as the fc, why not an animated character? 

This blog is dedicated to Galdrallar, a fanfic situated after Trollhunters s3 and in Wizards, and tells the story of Maeve Elarion, the ocean crystal bearer. It's also dedicated to Anton Yelchin.
