I feel like somebody needs to hear this rn: there is nothing wrong with hitting rock bottom. You know what's down there? Clarity. Freedom. Independence. Restoration of faith in humanity. You clawing your way out of rock bottom will absolutely give you the basis upon which to rebuild, time and time again.
