The thing about Saul in Cyberpunk 2077 is your first impression of him from Panem is very bad and you meet him and he’s mean and grouchy and pissed like all the time and he’s like “you and me are not buddy buddy” then you save his life in a crazy rescue mission and he’s still mean and there’s the “UGH you again?!” Line and then you save his family’s life and pass out and bleed from your nose and u know he spent the ride to the new location watching u sleep and then he’s like “r u okay, baby? pls stay with us forever and also whatever u need I’ll- I mean we’ll do everything we can to help you” and still grouchy and mean and then in the Sun ending he leaves that voicemail where he’s like “uhh… hey… “I”- I mean “we”haven’t seen u in a long time, pls come home to me” and in the Star ending there’s the scene with u guys on the back of the truck, and he hates every second of the heist on Arasaka and is pissed and there’s the “you’ve done more for me than anyone ever has” line and then he dies for you. ;-; <3
