First ever post on here!!

I just have a few things-

#1 Confidence is vital!!

I don't give two fucks what you think about your confidence if you've got a lot on none. Confidence is not something you can buy no matter the number of clothes you get, make you put on. And if you're saying that "oh yeah, I have tons of confidence when you're turning the blur filter on and putting a shit ton of makeup on just for a TikTok video aka to hide behind a screen, STFU. Oh and don't worry I do it to, all the time. I'm just saying that's not confidence, confidence is not something you acquire from compliments, makeup, or clothes. the only way you can have confidence is if you think you do. Ever heard of fake it till you make it? that is 10000000% true. if you wake up and don't feel confident go back to bed and wake up when you do. Do things that make you feel good about yourself not what others think about you. Oh and also one thing and idc what anyone says !!!!WASH YOUR FACE!!!!!!! there is no excuse just as your would brush your teeth, and eat breakfast; it makes you feel 10x better.

#2 Tips to feel confident/ appear confident:

~ Walk through the hauls (or wherever) with your head high, chin up (its attractive)

~dont slouch, stand tall, have good posture

~Remind yourself (even if you dont feel it) that your the badest Bitch in the room

~Make eye contact!! (it is intimidating and makes people think of you higher)

~ something that always helps me, think of yourself as Maddie, the reason she was so liked is mainly because of her confidence. it scares people and people who are scared are more likely to follow because they want to be like you. that's why you see people clinging to that one girl in your school cuz they want to be like her, and have her confidence.
