Mirabel gets injured 3

* Pepa and Felix slowly got up from the bed and went out of the room. She open her door to quiet. On one side she saw Antonio’s still glowing door. So she went to her childrens

* They knock on Camilo’s but there was no answer leading them to knock on Dolores’.

* They heard a soft come in, and right there on Dolores’ bed was Camilo and Antonio, Camilo was patting his back in a rhythm, and Antonio was sleeping on top of him

* Both Pepa and Felix came forward and heard from Dolores that Antonio finally went to sleep after he cried himself out. Pepa moved towards the bed and see Camilo still awake but he wasn’t exactly present, he had a gaze in his eye and the redness around his eyes spoken a thousand words.

* Dolores seems to be one of the few functioning members of the family

* Pepa gently took Antonio and pull him on to her chest, while she sat down and made Camilo get up, Camilo follow helplessly until his head was leaning on his Mami’s shoulder

* Dolores took a deep breath almost as if she was centering herself. Felix put his arms around Dolores’ shoulders and motion her towards Camilo and made her sat down next to Camilo. Dolores lean on Felix’s shoulder

* The family huddle together in silence, to the sounds of Antonio’s deep breathing from crying to hard, the slight sniffles coming from Camilo and the big deep breaths Dolores take to center herself along with a squeak everytime.

* “When Mirabel wakes up everything will be ok” Pepa said but it sound soft didn’t sound as certain as anything else.

* “She will never be left alone again” Camilo spoke for the the first time in a while, his tone deadly serious, “Tonio already said she can’t sleep alone for a while, I agree”

* Felix gave a slight chuckle trying to pull his family out the whole they all pull themselves into. “I can see that happen. I can also see her never leaving Casita for a while too and not without an chaperone” Felix can already see Mirabel helping Julieta at her stand all day just so she won’t leave her sight

* “Si, she can stay in everyone’s room for sleepovers” Pepa following along with Felix’s humor tone

* But the family got silent again, as if all thinking the same thing if she wakes up

* It ended when Dolores spoke softly but powerfully “I’m afraid”

* The family turn towards Dolores, the words they all knew but didn’t say out loud but she continue the panic rising after each syllable “I’m afraid to leave this room, to hear the bad news. I am afraid that I could hear her…” Dolores was in tears her body slightly shaken as she put her hands to her ears and Felix wrapping himself closer to her to give her more support. But it was her final words that made everyone heart skip a beat; “I’m afraid that I’ll hear the end”

* The end, the end…the end… no one could think of that, they didn’t think of how much Dolores gift would affect her , how she could hear what might be Mirabel’s last moments. Pepa and Felix couldn’t help but think of the time lost if that happens, all the time the didn’t spend with Mirabel. From the work for the Encanto and only seeing her in passing. Pepa always in the fields making sure everything is taken care of, Felix in town doing one thing or another and always with Pepa helping her with her emotions, but never with Mirabel.

* Camilo can’t think of that not happening, they shared a room together for the first five years of his life, if anything Mirabel being the same age as him, she was an constant in his life. He can’t picture it, he cannot imaging his sixteenth birthday coming while Mirabel is still fifteen. No.. they would be sixteen together, even if they are three months apart.

* Dolores can’t help but think of the things that would be gone if Mirabel left, her humming, the swishing of her outfit, the rhythm of her feet, her breathing, her voice. Dolores then think of Antonio, and how devastating it would be, he would be getting his gift soon, but it wouldn’t matter if Mirabel wasn’t there

* They heard a moaning as Antonio moved around before getting comfortable, he went back to sleep. Felix spoke softly but firmly, it didn’t matter, they could see the tears that were in his eyes threatening to come out. “She will wake up, and when she does we will spend more time with her, I think of this as a lesson, we should be grateful with the time we have and let’s not waste it”

* Camilo took those words to heart, he made a promise to be there when she wake up, to be that presence, to be there all around just like Mirabel is. To be constant, if they run into each other he will talk to her, he would make sure to get a good look at Mirabel to remember everything, to see if anything has changed since they were kids. He would remember every freckle, and mole on her face.

* Dolores made sure to remember every sound Mirabel makes, her laughter, her snorts, her singing even her heartbeat, because a silent Mirabel would only scare her more. She would hear out for her and make sure she is okay

* Pepa would make sure to spend time she wants to remember every single detail from her shirt down to her skirt. She would want to make sure she can touch Mirabel’s hand and feel the warmth from it:

* Felix would get Agustin to start their magicaless hangouts again. He remembers them from when Mirabel was younger, but only by smell, her favorite flowers and the food she likes. He would make sure they could be close as they were before, this time nothing will distract him from that again

Guess who got an job :D now I’m busy doing real life work ): but don’t worry I am still doing stories it would just take a little more time

Another POV of Part 3 (Isabela’s)

* Isabela didn’t know why? Why did Mateo ask for Mirabel this time.

* Why with that nickname

* Since when did Mirabel had a nickname that wasn’t from the family?

* Bel? Bella?? What was going on.

* She didn’t like how her Abuela wanted Mateo to come.

* Why force an relationship and an engagement?

* She knew that this marriage was for the family and not for herself

* She didn’t want to marry Mariano, but for the sake of the family she would

* That would be meaning Mirabel and Luisa get to choose who they want, she would do it all over again

* But five babies… Isabela hasn’t even thought of one , five is too much

* She has great respect for her Mama and Tia, having three kids each and raising them must have been difficult.

* But Mateo, she never knew they was this close. Sure she remember that Camilo and Mirabel used to play with him, but Mateo was more Camilo’s friend then anything else.

* Mirabel was always the more introvert and make friends sparingly, that Mateo.. Matte (yuck) was still her friend to this day was unique

* Isabela didn’t like it, he would just use her to get closer . All he care about was probably the gifts and what better ways to get closer than to use the most vulnerable member of the family.

* The fact that he was this close was unacceptable. She didn’t know him

* What does he do during the day, what is his family like? Most importantly how is he like when Mirabel is not with him? And how does he treat her?

* This is Isabela’s goal for the day, see them in person and interacting with each other, not at the ceremony but in a normal setting

* Isabela saw the confused look on Luisa’s face and realized she probably saw the same thing too

* She knew how protective Luisa was of Mirabel and to see Luisa just as equally confuse puts a sinking feeling in her stomach.

* Walking toward the town, Isabela tried to think of how to speak with her.

* Finally knowing what to say she turn toward where Mirabel would usually be, she was gone

* The rest of the family was there but Mirabel had disappear

* She knew only one place where she went, looking for Mirabel she went toward the general location of the Lopez family house

* Isabela saw Camilo and decided to ask him where she could find the Lopez house.

* Camilo look confused but question her joking if she was going to give Mateo a talk

* Isabela saw how the light didn’t reach his eyes when he made the joke and decided to question him.

* “You didn’t seem excited about Mateo, I thought you would be like Antonio”

* Camilo gave a small smile and shake his head “Nah? I mean I am but.. I’m not happy with what Abuela is saying about those two”

* “Mateo isn’t a bad guy, he defends Mirabel and seem to truly care about her”

* Isabela heard the but in the conversation

* “But I wonder if anything could be one sided or platonic only. I know Mateo so I know what he’s capable of. Mirabel doesn’t need him if he will treat her wrong”

* Isabela nodded “Excatly which is I’m going to check on Mirabel” she turns to Camilo and motion for him to speak to Mateo

* Isabela bumps into Mirabel looking for Luisa. But she was happy that Mirabel could still depend on Luisa

* Isabela tried to say carefully if there relationship went to the next level

* However Mirabel’s look of confusion only sent Isabela’s thoughts into a spiral.

* What Mirabel said broke her

* “They slept together”… in the grass outside… on a couch… in his house??… in a BED

* She come out of her thoughts to Mirabel not anywhere near her.

* Luisa.. she was going to Luisa… Isabela march forward in a graceful manner, but inside she knew that if Mateo corrupted her baby sister, he would face her plants…

* If only, she knew, she run up to Luisa asking in a more forward manner about Mateo and couldn’t help but to put in her own words of the conversation.

* She saw in Luisa’s eyes that Luisa would definitely have a talk with Mateo before the end of the week

* They both turn to follow Mirabel back into town; someone ask to move the bridge again and Luisa pick it up. Still keeping an eye on Mirabel as she weave her way through town

* Isabela got closer to Luisa and ask her what she knew was on her mind.

* “Do you know him Luisa?”

* Luisa gave her a look at if she grew another head

* “No” she answer quietly “If I did I would have already questioned him to a pulp”

* Luisa then continue her tone a bit bitter “It doesn’t help he has Mama and Papa on his side already, apparently they celebrated his birthday together along with Mateo’s”

* Isabela look surprised the first time hearing this

* Giving a fellow wave to the townspeople and giving them flowers keeping up the act she put on.

* Her attention was still on Mirabel and listening to Luisa’s words

* As they got closer to the meeting point, she saw Mateo along with Camilo and Dolores?

* Apparently they all came to see them in person and act as an chaperone

* Isabela gave a quick look at Mateo, he wasn’t ugly

* She could see why girls Mira’s age fawn over him, the long hair suited him and he was talk and strong

* Makes sense since she known the Lopez family to be carpenters and in trade work. All in all Mirabel chosen someone good

* But Isabela knows personally that a pretty face could hid something

* She was ready to ask her questions, breathing a deep breath putting on that mask she made for her family, for her Abuela

* But this time, the mask makes sure it would protect those who needed it, like Luisa, like Mirabel, Mateo Lopez better be on his best behavior

I should have put Isabela on team neutral but after the mayhem she went into straight panic mode realizing she would be getting engage. Isabela isn’t team neutral, she’s an wildcard and would change in a heartbeat .I didn’t put enough into Luisa but throughout the main story, and pov you can tell where she is at. She is in canon protective big sister and it doesn’t change.

Camilo and Dolores might have their own pov, once I realize where to put it, I left Camilo thoughts as an mystery because he’s exactly like Pepa when it comes to his emotions. If anything it would have to be when after the dinner scene since in canon we don’t know where Camilo and Dolores are between Antonio barging into Bruno’s room to until the agrument with Abuela

Encanto: A male friend of Mirabel help saves the Miracle 6 (Part 2)

* Mirabel needed everyone out

* If the cracks keep showing up it would ruin Isabela’s engagement

* And Abuela wanted it to be perfect

* Mirabel didn’t know how she would keep the cracks from spreading while keeping the engagement in track

* She knew that Mateo was on her side, and now Antonio too. It was a small team, but they will be able to do it

* Mirabel keep a calm face but it wasn’t perfect as Isabela gave her a look as if she was acting suspicious

* Mirabel gave her a look back

* All this attention Isabela gave her these past two days was unusual

* Mateo was talking to Antonio about starting a new project.

* “Well you know we need it for the house. Papa needs it for the cracks”

* Antonio realize that he was talking about Casita and was listening very hard

* It was cute to Felix how serious Antonio looks howeve it it looks to cute to be serious,

* “So we first need to find the cracks..”

* “Cracks?” Alma said out loud looking at Mateo and Antonio.

* She looks at them and with a quickly harden look at Mirabel.

* Mirabel was drinking her juice looking at Isabela but she didn’t know why her Abuela was looking at her like that.

* Mateo gave a look toward Mirabel and then answer yes

* “There are cracks in my house.” He said it slowly as everyone was looking at him. “We found them this morning and I was telling Antonio how tomorrow we will have spackle to fix it.?” Mateo end it in a question looking extremely confuse

* Mirabel turns to Mateo and mention how she saw one inside.

* “Inside?!” Luisa mutter to herself as she looks at Isabela. Dolores gave Luisa an look.

* Mateo continue “I was telling Antonio that I was hoping to find the root of it and then we could work our way to fix the cracks that appear”

* Alma calm down a bit looking out of place.

* “Are you ok Mama?” Julieta asked since her mama look a little pale

* “Of-of course.” Alma put herself back into calm matriarch mode, “I was listening to all the conversations and got distracted” she gave a calm small smile towards Mateo, that he responded too.

* Mateo then turns towards Mirabel and said out loud. “Antonio did he would help with the cracks. He’s on our side with your idea”

* Mirabel knew the hidden message that Mateo was giving her.

* “Of course he would be on my side, I knew that finding a solution doesn’t mean just go out and fixing everything.” Mirabel said giving a smile to Antonio

* Antonio responded with a smile and said he’ll help tomorrow.

* For Mirabel it was hope that her familia would see the cracks, even if it was just Antonio she could convince the rest.

* Camilo was remarkably silent throughout the dinner looking back and forth between the trio.

* Felix gave Camilo a nudge as if to question him.

* Camilo mutter to Felix “I’m just making sure he’s good for her.”

* Felix gave a nod in understanding “Me too” remembering his conversation with Pepa

* “I know he’s a good friend but being a friend and being a lover is different. You and Mami taught me that”

* Felix kept nodding not in anyway upset with Camilo’s thought process “Si, that means if it comes down to it, you can be there for Mirabel in a way we can’t. Your Mami said to give him a chance.”

* Camilo nodded but still kept watch

* Dolores gave a look at Camilo and Felix

* She saw something similar the family all thought. Mirabel can’t handle herself. One side who thought she shouldn’t be dating

* And another side who thought he wasn’t good enough. Dolores was interested in seeing what would happen

* Mariano turn to Isabela .

* The animals come

* Mirabel hits her head

* Mateo then turn to Mirabel “You still forgot to get your utensil.” Mateo went under and fail to get both pieces

* Antonio call his capybara to get the pieces away trying to get it done quickly

* With the capybara underneath the table, Pepa was looking at Antonio questionly

* Luisa’s breakdown

* Mirabel suggestion to Mariano

* Mirabel then said Mateo could play the guitar

* Mateo choke on his drink as he was put in the center of attention again.

* He agree and Mirabel went and got the guitar quickly.

* The cracks spread

* “What was that sound?” Agustin said as Mateo quickly standup stretching

* “I didn’t expect to play for you Mariano, consider it an early present” quickly changing the subject

* As he saw the cracks under the table spread

* “What’s the problem Mateo?” Isabela ask looking at Mateo noticing his eyes widen

* “I just don’t know what I should play?” He kept it casual noticing how hard Isabela was staring at him. Longer than she ever did

* Mariano took his joke in stride and laugh “Well you and Mirabel are such musical prodigies. I always see you two playing and dancing you guys surely are the life of an party”

* Mateo felt the looks of the older Madrigals looking at him with more interest making him feel as if a simple sweat drop would be notice

* Mirabel came back with the guitar noticing the creaks and quickly pass the guitar

* Mateo starts to play hoping it couldn’t get worse…

* Everything falls apart

* The vision is shown

* Mariano leaves with Senora Guzman

* Dolores then yelled before Mirabel and Mateo not realizing the grandchildren heard

* “You hide not only the vision but the baby?!”

* As if a snap went through the older grandchildren

* “WHAT?” Luisa and Isabela said as Isabela’s gift went wild growing all around making almost an jungle

* Camilo was silent.. too silent. All of Mirabel and Mateo’s instincts told them to run

* Camilo slowly shifted into multiple people until it stayed with his normal form. He look up, Camilo’s green eyes were gone, in place were bright red

* Camilo leaped as Isabela’s plants reacted and still grew in the area

* Mirabel grab Mateo and pull him back just in time as Camilo looks as if he was going for the kill

* Mirabel then notice a rat who had a piece of the vision. Dragging Mateo along before her hermanas and primo kill him.

* The rat went through a hole behind the painting and Mirabel open it.

* Looking at Mateo she went in along with him sighing as she brings him to places he would never go.

* What they saw wasn’t what they expected. A man with rats on his back holding a piece of the vision looking at them menacingly.

* “Where did you get this piece?”

We finally meet Bruno, I’m sorry it took so long, real life has been tko-ing me. But expect to see Bruno! I’m honestly excited for Mateo and Bruno’s interactions. Seriously the relationship is Mateo while younger is the older brother.

About your Warm family carrying and interacting wuth baby Mirabel , how you think would the COOL FAMILY do it?

All differently

Julieta- 100% Mom hold, she knows just the right pressure to hold Baby Mirabel, she knows how much wiggle room she need and how much of a tight grip. She’s her mom, and knows her baby.

Agustin- Two hands with her back towards her chest, he doesn’t hold her lower body and let her legs fly and let her kick. He becomes the least clumsy man possible. Honestly the family use him holding Baby Mirabel as an excuse to NOT get in trouble.

Luisa- one hand most of the time, two hands when her anxiety hits a bit to much. She wouldn’t hold Mirabel and walk because she is afraid to break her. Mostly you will see her sitting down with Mirabel on her lap.

Isabela- Gentle, honestly in such a careful way. She would use her vines as a baby sling to carry her but would hold Mirabel to her chest one hand on her head just to keep her stable. So gentle, and soaks up all the attention from her. If this is Lee movie Isa, it’s the one way she would hold that shows her the most love. Post movie Isabela would hold her like this too but kind of like a well love teddy bear, but with more snuggles and kisses.

So long story short- motherly, fatherly, protective sister, THE protective sister (but not in public)

Between 1 and 2

* Pepa was curious

* A boy, a boy who was so close to Mirabel

* She saw in that little moment, how much they work together

* The way the act as if they have been together forever

* Pepa knew a good match when she sees one, they remind them of herself and Felix

* Even Antonio knew Mateo, so she goes to the him to discuss Mateo

* “Toñito can you tell Mama about Mateo?”

* Antonio look confuse at her question, but brighten considerably when he realize she wanted to know more about Mateo

* Antonio tells the stories of their adventures together

* How the three of them celebrate his Tio and Mateo’s birthday together

* The lunch they had with Mateo’s mother

* How they play futból together

* Even that Mirabel embroider on Mateo’s shirts on quiet days

* Pepa’s face was in a big grin the entire time, not many people had Mirabel’s embroider on their clothes

* Most of the town ask her to fix in solitude along with the seamstress

* For Mirabel to embroider for someone outside the family is a big deal

* Pepa wanted to know, what is Mateo like? How did they get close?

* She remembers that Camilo was really close to him when he was younger

* But how did Mirabel became best friends with him is the mystery she wanted to solve

* Pepa, waited until everyone went to bed, it was late enough that no one should be up,

* Pepa saw Mirabel go into the nursery and wondering why she is up still

* On a mission she went towards Julieta’s door and knock on it

* The door open towards Julieta her hair outside of the bun

* “Pepa?” Said Julieta, there was no sleep in her eyes and she was wide awake

* Pepa grab Julieta’s wrist and pull her out the room, Julieta close the door with her other hand silently

* “What is this about Pepa?” Julieta ask

* “That boy Mateo?, how close is he to Mirabel?”

* Julieta was surprised and a little worry

* “Is that the reason you took me out of my room?” Julieta sigh at Pepa’s nod

* “He’s a friend Pepa, he and Mirabel hang out many times, he also have helped her out often. He even helps me out at the table”

* “Yes but I saw them, it was like two bodies but one soul”

* “Pepa” Julieta said drawing out her sister’s name “ I know you want to put those two together but it isn’t something you can force”

* “I know Julie, but I see how it is, he likes her”

* “Pepa please, let’s talk about this tomorrow”

* Pepa let Julieta go back to her room, but she knew what she saw, and she saw something

* Pepa went back to her room, and made a step back in surprise, Felix was up looking at her

* “What are you doing amor?” Felix question as Pepa went to her side of the bed

* “I went to talk to Julie”

* “At this time?” Felix turn to look at her more awake wondering what was going on

* “Yes, about Mateo Lopez” that name woke Felix up more, he sat up straight as he listen to what happened earlier

* “Don’t force it Pepa, I rather they stay friends”

* Felix voice was gruff, there wasn’t a single hint of teasing in his tone

* “Why?” Pepa question, “Antonio and Julieta said he is a good man”

* “Yeah, a good man to impress us”

* Pepa knew what he was talking about instantly “Felix… Mirabel doesn’t have a gift, we all saw how the kids back away from her.”

* Felix nod in agreement “Mirabel is still a Madrigal. That doesn’t mean if she doesn’t get a gift, any children she have will be giftless”

* Pepa eyes widen at the conclusion Felix gave her, but she let him continue

* “A giftless Madrigal means that she could be more vulnerable to the Encanto, I’ve seen children Camilo’s age who stop playing with Mirabel suddenly start to talk to her, now? Why now?”

* Pepa knew that Felix’s heart was in the right place and in any given day she would agree with him, but this was different

* “Then why did Mateo stick with her after all this time? Why did he never follow his other friends and tease her or pick on her. Antonio told me, that he seen Mateo defend Mirabel and lost a friend because of that”

* Felix sigh “Pepita, I’m not saying that Mateo is like them, but you could never be careful… I don’t want to get her hopes up again”

* Pepa was quiet at that last part, she understands, that Mirabel with as big as an heart she has, she is still a bit fragile. Pepa doesn’t want to see a Mirabel that broken again.

I really wanted to write something like this, to flesh out the world. Mateo’s relationship to Mirabel and the story is based on Mirabel’s perspective like the movie. We don’t know the rest of the family’s motives. Why they act this way towards Mateo and why to Mirabel they are being weird. They love Mirabel but haven’t been the best at showing it. The next POV will be Isabela and Luisa, with a hint of Alma

Pepa is an romantic, she truly believe in that friends to lovers trope and she is the mosey aunt who wants the best for her niece. Felix doesn’t want to dislike Mateo at all, but he along with Agustin was there when those kids stop wanting to play with Mirabel and how it affect her. In the same way Dolores is also an romantic, Camilo is just more protective but neither of them dislike Mateo. Antonio is team Mateo 100%

* Mirabel went over to her seat and slowly sat down

* Her face look calm but Julieta and Agustin could see how nervous she was

* She turn to Mateo and gester to him to sit down

* Mateo took off the bag he borrow from Mirabel and hang it on the side of the chair while he sat down as well

* Both Mirabel and Mateo gave each other looks that screamed for them to do something

* Pepa saw the looks and thought it was their nerves from finally introducing Mateo official to La familia Madrigal

* She told Felix this in a whisper as the sun near her head shine

* Felix had a slight frown on his face

* The conversation he had with Pepa came back into his mind

* But he knew it was time, he also look at Camilo as he realize that his son was also the same age

* Camilo look confused at Mateo staying for dinner

* Mateo felt the presence from Camilo, as he look at him

* Camilo’s face look confused with a hint of a smirk but his eyes look as if he was staring into Mateo’s soul

* Mateo felt like a prey looking like a predator waiting to strike

* Luisa, who used to be slumping in a downer about her gift shifted to her full height staring at Mateo before giving a smile at Mariano

* Isabela gave Luisa the same look as before with the slight nod, she then turn to Mariano and gave a smile at him as she knew what this dinner was about.

* What Isabela didn’t understand was why Mateo was staying

* Antonio didn’t care he was just happy his two favorite people were here at dinner “Mateo can I sit next to you?” He ask brightly

* “Antonio..” Pepa said lightly

* “It fine Señorita, Toñito can sit next to me, I’m always happy to have him” Mateo said as he gave Antonio a big smile

* Casita them moved Antonio sit on the other side making the table even

* Antonio have Mateo a smile, Mateo smiling back, with Antonio at his side he felt less like the rat at dinner for cats to feast on

* “Now” said Abuela with a clap of her hands , the entire table look at her as she began dinner, “the Madrigals and the Guzmans would be so good for the Encanto”

* “Yes yes, then let’s hope tonight is not a horrible disaster”

* Dolores and Mirabel stare off

* Small chatter happen as the family relax, with the night go so well

* “Dolores” said Alma

* Dolores made a squeak and turn away from Mirabel “yes Abuela”

* “Mariano was just mentioning how wonderful you guys were in helping the town after the accident”

* Mariano gave a smile at that praising the gifted Madrigals for their work

* Abuela’s pride shown easily on her face as she thank everyone for the hard work they have done

* ‘But how did Luisa drop the bridge, it never happened before… the miracle is strong’

* Mariano then turn to Mirabel and at that moment Mateo dislike him for the first time

* “Mirabel are you ok?, I saw Mateo carry you out of the wreckage”

* Mateo felt the eyes of every single member of the family

* Luisa who was the closest to him, her eyes were on fire, as she tried to keep calm and not automatically question Mateo’s action

* Mirabel saw the way Mateo tense and look at her family as all their emotions flash though their eyes. Joy, Sadness, anger.. and protectiveness?

* She gave Mariano a smile and answer “I’m fine, if it wasn’t for Mateo I’ll probably be injured”

* Mirabel turn to thank him, Mateo said helping a friend needs no thanks

* Alma then starts off announce everyone to dig in. Everyone eating, starting small chatter among each other

* The only one not speaking was Dolores, she was looking at Mirabel and Mateo, Camilo noticed and whisper a few words to her

* Dolores didn’t say much back, but Mateo could feel Camilo’s eyes burn a hole through his skull

* Mateo was scare, it’s never good when the Jokester becomes serious

* The third Madrigal he is scare of, not his mother that can control the weather or his prima who could break his entire back

* He knows Camilo and knowing Camilo makes his fear worse

* “Mateo, I heard Mirabel embroider your shirt” said Pepa putting the attention back on Mateo

* Everyone look to see the embroider on his shirt that has Mirabel’s obvious signature on it

* Luisa gave a look to Isabela that was not unnoticed by Mirabel

* “When did Mirabel do that for you?” Luisa asked

* Mirabel gave an questioning look to Isabela

* “Around my 15th birthday she did” he answer

* Isabela grew a crown of colorful begonias in Mirabel’s hair and had a smirk on her face

* But the smirk was different, Mirabel notice it didn’t have the same uptight look, but more softer more fonder

* “Mira even did your elbows too” Antonio added as he grab Mateo’s arm and showing the patch

* “That’s wonderful” Pepa exclaim as the room got hotter and the sun on her head got brighter

* The family cover their eyes but laugh lightly at the joy radiating from her

* Mateo used his left arm to shield Antonio from the light as they both giggle

* They then heard a crack sound and look down to see Casita breaking right in between them

* Antonio’s eyes widen, ‘Mirabel was right’

* He knew it, but didn’t say anything since the rest of the family didn’t believe her

* Antonio turn his attention towards the table as Mateo turn to whisper to Mirabel when he made eye contact with Isabela

* “Yes Mateo?” Isabela said loud enough for the warm family to hear as Senora Guzman and Mariano was distracted by Abuela Alma

* Mateo didn’t hesitate “Mirabel..” he started as Mirabel turn towards him

* In the corner of their eyes Julieta and Agustin was watching the interaction wondering if what the family said could be true

* “Mirabel I was wondering if tomorrow you could come with me to my brother’s house? He wanted to pick up some sewing skills and wanted to see if you could teach him”

* It wasn’t a lie, his hermano DID ask, if he could ask Mirabel, but he needed something that could take him off the Madrigals’ radar

* The amount of attention they put on him was a little too much in Mateo’s opinion

* Mirabel smile and nodded as she agree and would show up tomorrow with him

* Antonio knew what he had to do

* “Will he be better than Camilo?” He asked

* Camilo made a Dolores squeak as if he was struck

* “I’m not bad at sewing. The needle hurt me a lot”

* “Papi is good at it” Antonio remarked

* “Well yeah, sewing means you must have either patience” as he look towards Mirabel “or be older” he finished with a smirk towards Felix

* Felix sigh lovingly as Pepa gave a slight giggle

* Camilo changed into his short Felix form and dramatically start speaking

* “Mijo, when I was your age” bringing everyone to laugh

* Mateo made a nudge towards Mirabel as she look over towards the area

* Antonio pointed his smaller finger down

* Mirabel look down as Mateo move his feet to show the cracks

* Mirabel then look towards the table and her eyes reach her Mama’s

* But on the inside Mirabel was panicking

Yes Mateo is terrify of the family, from 1 to 12 Mirabel is first and Alma is last. Antonio actually boost himself to number 4 in fear because Mateo knows his animals will stomp him. Camilo struck fear into Mateo when they were younger and it stuck with him ever since. Julieta is 2nd only because he is naturally afraid of all mothers

Yes Mateo has a older brother and sister in the Encanto, but they live in separate areas. Mateo was a surprise baby

I’m happy that you enjoy my story and luckily I have another story to share.

This set in time when Pepa and Felix announced they having a baby.

So Mirabel was 9 or 10 at that time.

Mirabel happy she will not be the youngest anymore but in the other hand this baby can be her replacement and she have to live with them 5 years before they get their gift.

Tio Bruno gone so no one can know that her thoughts will come true but deep down inside Mirabel sure it will. So she decided to give up to proof that she worthy as a Madrigal loose her fate in Miracle and Magic and have new fate in Art and Science that everyone can have it by themselves if they want.

All knowledge are good knowledge.

- Mirabel asked Augustin and Felix to help her make a tree house in the wood that in the back side of Casita.

- While her tree house still in construction she would go to Library or asked Isabela Julieta and Pepa to borrow their books in their magic rooms . All of books she would borrow would relate to Science and Art for example Chemistry Biology Physics Botany Geology etc.

- She would walk down in the street to talking with everyone mostly adults and elders.

- She will asked them politely to tell their stories and write it in the her journals (she doing her research to make the truth timeline for history of Encanto and Columbia and learn their skill from their experience in their stories .)(She wouldn’t dare to ask her Abuela )

- Mirabel become all of elders favorite without notice (elder like to telling stories to her and Mirabel always listen carefully with her patients always asking with her curiosity and she remembers all of theirs stories. Not like the other kids who don’t really listen to them and don’t even hide their bored face)

- When her tree house complete Mirabel make booby traps and set it around her tree house . Her booby traps wouldn’t kill anyone.It would make people slowdown and it will make her know that someone are coming all standing nearby.

- Mirabel most interested in Art which mean sewing and science are below but She still need science to help her more understanding in Art.

-Mirabel want to draw everything look as realistic as possible. She must understand Anatomy but only Anatomy book isn’t enough. She need to understand from the real one.

Yep. Basically Mirabel turn into little Da Vinci but more scary.

- Mirabel use her Mama herbs to make her victim unconscious and feeling no pain . She use a knife for surgery for exam human bodies like Muscle and when she become more skill she start to exam bones.

-Mirabel use clear liquid diet that make by her Mama which she lied to her that it for baby birth. She give it to her victim when she finished her exam and they still unconscious. She will use syringe to give them clear liquid diet in their esophagus .(It actually work btw.)

-Mirabel victims always be people who being impolite towards her or her family most of them are bully that bullying her because they have same age as her and it easy to take them without any suspicious.

(She will stalking her victim before kidnapping them to make sure about their routine )(Dolores don’t even notice though )

- Not only interested in Human Anatomy she also interested in Animal.

- Mirabel start to haunt.

- When Mirabel exam one of animal she feel sorry to waste her time to get rid of them when she finish. So she start to taxidermy and stuff to collection in her tree house.

-Mirabel not a Psychopath she not heartless she still know what right or wrong and feel guilty but everything always have their price and need sacrifice to get so she will make her victim feel pain less as possible. (She still Julieta daughter )

- Not only her studio or gallery her tree house also became her Cabinet of curiosities.

- Mirabel painting become too realistic and scary .

- Madrigals start to concern about Mirabel even though her arts are magnificent.

- luckily her sewing project still cute beautiful and full of talent and she still have her canon personality but she just don’t try to make her family proud.

About Antonio

- Mirabel still love Antonio even though she not spend most of her time with him but she will hangout with him if she had time.

- Mirabel always give Antonio the real knowledge .When she know he is an animal guy she tell him about the circle of life she even show him her Cabinet of curiosity.

-At first Antonio was scared but Mirabel is smart she know how to make him understand her logic.

“Everything need a sacrifice Antonio, like our Miracle came from our Abuelo death. Human wisdom and society also came from they death.”Mirabel said like she telling him a fairytale “We are standing on their bodies…drinking their blood and breathing their soul to survive ”

- Antonio understand anyway he listen to Mirabel and look in this world in grey like her.

One time when Madrigal have their meal and Antonio asking where is the baby come from

- Of course Casita will become dead air and everyone except Mirabel will say something like…

“You will know when you grow up”

“It’s happened when two persons love each other so much and get married ”

“Because of love of Mother and Father-”

“They have s-”

“CAMILO!!”

“Don’t listen to them Antonio they all lying to you.” Mirabel said before using her eyes pointing to Camilo “Accept your brother.”She look into her family like they are stupid “Your Mom and your Dad breed to have a baby ”

“Like animal?”

“As I told you before humans also animals. We are classified as mammals”

“So human baby also come from vagina! ”Antonio said with realization

Madrigals choked

“That’s right! And remember, Love is an illusion it’s just a Chemical reaction that compels animals to breed.”Mirabel said with normal voice and back to eat her meal.

“So true love it’s not real”

“Of course it’s-”

“Not real”Mirabel interrupted ignoring her family glare “Well, for some animal but not human…Nah, humans suck. We full of greed and lust . For a long time human have relationship in polygamy .Husband have a lot of wife’s but steal cheating and go to hooker and they even kill their relatives for their greed anger and lust .Sometimes they kill their family to show how strong their fate are. It even have examples in Bible”

“So don’t trust anyone ”

“AND CONSTANT VIGILANCE”Mirabel said with proudly in her best student

And Mirabel start to explain all of human things (most are bad side) to Antonio till the meal time end

Madrigals too shock to stop her

As of now the story is told from Mirabel’s perspective, just like in the movie.

I swear I got this, however with the way I’m going part 6 will either be split into two parts or I will have to delete some

For Example

She have a pet that she can give all of her heart for them.

-In this AU Mirabel love her pet more than everything in the world .She treat it like her own kid. And she become so dramatic about her pet.She would be like Cap.Holt and Kevin in Brooklyn 99.(Inspired byCheddar is missing )

-Mirabel make her pet dish by her own and all of her dish are delicious and don’t even look like it for pet so Camilo steal it because he think his Tia made it .When she come back with her pet she scold him and it look more terrified and scarier than Abuela and Pepa when they angry

-Mirabel will ask Isabela to make her a catnip (if her pet is a cat) or any plants that she want for her pet accept flower and when she know Isabela can’t make it for her she will look at her sister with a disappointment and give her a look ‘I know you let me down’ or ‘You mean nothing to me (back turn)’ instead saying anything and just go back to playing with her pet while left Isabela who shock in silence behind. Isabela take that as a challenge . She give all of her time to make a catnip. She succeeds and know she can grow more than flower so she explores her gifts and become like herself in post-canon. She go see Mirabel in her new look and give her a catnip. Mirabel hug Isabela and say ‘Thanks! You are the best sister .I love you ,Isa.’ Isabela going to cry and apologize to her little sister but Mirabel left her to play with her pet again. Isabela swear to herself she going to kill that thing .It dare to take all of her little sister love from her.

-Mirabel pet only get along with Julieta Agustin Dolores Antonio and Bruno.

Julieta make a food that can heal it and her food always delicious and full of love

Agustin clumsy make himself look so pathetic. It feel sorry for him so it want to comfort him (cuddle and lick)

Dolores offer her room when thunderstorm come. Loud noise make animal panic and she so quiet so It peaceful around her.

Antonio is an animal guy and Mirabel roommate.

About Bruno…Mirabel pet Chasing Bruno rats and leading Mirabel to the wall so she can see her long lost uncle again in nine years. Mirabel won’t ask any questions with Bruno cause she understand him so she just visits him every time she can with food(she cook for him) and her pet. Bruno will show his telenovelas to Mirabel that make Mirabel become his 2nd Fan’s (Dolores is the first one). Mirabel and Dolores will become best friend who will talking a lot about their opinions and theories about Bruno telenovelas. Mirabel pet will get along with Bruno because his loneliness and it feel sorry for him.

-Mirabel pet don’t get along with Abuela Pepa Felix Camilo Isabela and Luisa

Abuela always be mean to Mirabel so her pet will take opportunities to take all of Mirabel attention to it and make Mirabel stay away from her Abuela so Mirabel and Abuela always see each other from distant or in the meal time and They don’t even have a talk because Mirabel pet always give Mirabel an excuse.

Pepa emotion and cloud make Mirabeal pet scare. Her dramatic looks make it scare to because it’s look like some mean human who alway put their anger and violent to strays.

Felix with Pepa all the time so…

Camilo stole Mirabel pet food.(It’s a heinous crime and greatest sin) He won’t get any forgiveness.

Isabela is the same condition as Abuela and also she smell too much of flower.

Luisa have a huge body deep voice and always carries heavy things that normal human can’t so it make Mirabel pet scare.

e.g. Camilo : Do you want to help me do my chores ?

Mirabel : Don’t be lazy Camilo .It’s your chores ,right? And if I help you Abuela will scold me .Why don’t you do it by yourself .I’m going to play with (her pet) Bye!

She become Matteo girlfriend and she love him so much like every teenage love.

-I have no idea . I’m not similar to this kind of stuff.

e.g. Madrigals : Hey ,Mira we are going to the town . Do you want to come with us ?’

Mirabel : Sorry…I’m going to see Matt but thanks for the invite. Oh! I will have lunch at his house so…see you at dinner !

She start to focus on her hobbies like drawing painting singing playing music and sewing .She don’t care about Magic and move her interest to science.She need her alone time to practice and do it so she can’t stay in the nursery with a baby and stay in a house that she can get scolded all the time because all of that things will interrupt and distract her. That why she asked her father to make her a studio far away from everyone like a tree house and spend all they all night to finish her project and follow her artistic heart.

-In this AU Mirabel will saying a lot of mean things with no regrets .She would be like Jake Rosa and Gena in B99 at the same time and sometimes she talk in lullaby or rapping as fast as The Family Madrigal because she drink too much coffee and sleep less.//

-She tells all of her family that they all suck and Boring//

-She alway say people suck everyone cheats and true-love is an illusion cause everyone are Homosapiean and Love is just a chemical reaction to compels animals to breed. But deep down she love her family and Encanto all of her heart. She just want to mess them with science.

-She will drown herself in her own thoughts and no one can’t come to her own world. She will make a line that no one can cross. And If someone dare…her family or not… she will give them the worst nightmare.

e.g. Mirabel : I’m sick of your stupid Madrigal things. All of you stay here and I will stay away. Are you happy now?

All of alternative things that could happen have the same thing that would happen.

Mirabel don’t care about having gift or proofing herself anymore so she step aside as everyone said and Madrigals start to notice they jealous and sad when knowing Mirabel have new interests and don’t have time to spend with them anymore.
