🎄...Low cal winter recipe to warm you up...🎄
Ingredients:
200g Potatoes, peeled
200g carrots, peeled
200g leek (make sure to get equal parts of the green and white parts!)
A little oil (I probably used 2 tbsp)
An onion/half an onion, however you prefer (I used half)
About 1l of veg broth (add or take away as you cook)
Additionally 200g minced meat, I used about 80g veg minced 'meat'
• Cut all the vegetables, the smaller the potatoes and carrots, the faster they cook
• Fry the onion in a pot (and the meat or substitute if you use it)
• Pour in the broth and add potatoes and carrots, cook for about 20 mins and stir occasionally
• Add the leek for about 10-15 minutes and keep cooking
• Add more salt or maggi if needed
Done!
This makes about
4 servings of around 200g each for ~200cals
(calculate it yourself if you take away the meat or whatever you use)
You can keep it in the fridge for up to 4 days (imo stew tastes better the say after it was made)
Stew is the perfect winter food that is low in cals and gives you lots of nutrients, while keeping you full for a long time!

For the academically validation gals, if you fail a test. I always extend my fasts so if I make a plan to starve for 2 days, I multiply it by 2 so 4 days :)

It’ll get easier. As soon as you start seeing the results. The flat stomach. The thigh gaps. The comfort when sitting down. No more need to hide in big clothes. The easiness will come from being satisfied when you look in the mirror. Everything will be easier. You won’t even have to think about doing it. if you ever think about getting fastfood
here are some things ive seen as a McDonalds employee:)
-people not washing hands while entering the kitchen
-literally NOBODY wears gloves, just for raw meat and sometimes for making salads
-ive seen a guy pick his nose and then continue making burgers
-the drinks are in rusty barrels and served through a tube that used to be clear. used to be.
-the desserts/filled pockets are made in the fryer and so are the wings
-once my coworker added wrong sauce on the bun, so she wiped it off with a rag we use for cleaning the kitchen
-the food has some amount of time when it needs to be processed, right? thats why we put timing stickers on them. you know what happens with the food when it expires the time limit? yes, we print out a new sticker so the boss isnt mad :D
-same with meat, the meat is more serious tho, so the heating machine starts beeping when the meat "expires". i guess you already know where this is headed.. yes, we just reset it and the food is used for the next HOURS
-the fries are OILY even when theyre still FROZEN. like ive been refilling the frozen fries and then i had to wash my hands cause they were OILY-
-when the meat is done grilling, its DRIPPING with oil and put in plastic boxes in a heater. the buns are literally just laying in a flood of oil
-ive seen my coworker biting her nails while working in the kitchen. few secs before making another burger
-ive never seen the fryer oil get changed
-sometimes when the boss isnt looking, ppl pick up food that has fell on the ground and still put it in the burger
-even the kitchen floor os oily. like so oily you basically cant wallk on it, youre just sliding
so now i hope youll think twice before getting a bigmac and eating all those calories+germs from ppls musty hands💗
