I decided to make a little Sanders Sides fic to get back into the swing of things before October rolls around- Of course I had to write my favorite sides because I have a soft spot for Virgil and Roman. This is a blast to the past from after the Accepting Anxiety episodes. Sorry this one is kinda lacking t-words wise! I’m very distracted right now but I’ll get back into the swing of things shortly <3

There was way too much change going on, of course Virgil was going to be anxious. On top of that, now he had three unwanted visitors constantly checking out his room. Roman, especially. He seemed incredibly fascinated with the anxious side’s Nightmare Before Christmas posters.

Of course, that was understandable. They were pretty damn cool, in Virgil’s opinion. That’s why he summoned them into existence.

“Hey there, Virgin.” A familiar prince rose up from the darkly carpeted floor.

“Fuck-!” Virgil shot up from his comfortable bed, nearly jumping out of his own skin. “Can you seriously stop doing that?!” 

“Doing what?” “Randomly popping up in my room! Warn a dude next time…” The emo huffed as he pulled his headphones off of his head, setting them on the table beside his bed. “What do you want?”

“Hmm…” Roman glanced around and pointed at the dual Nightmare Before Christmas posters. “Those will do.” “Yeah, no. Not happening. If you want them so bad, summon your own.” 

“But where’s the fun in that?! I’d much rather push your buttons!” The creative side huffed and crossed his arms.

Virgil rolled his eyes and stood up. “You’re ridiculous.” He grumbled as he walked over to the door, opening it for Roman. “Out.” “Wh-?! Well that’s no way to treat a guest!”

“You’re not a guest. You’re a trespasser. You came in here for the umpteenth time this week without even talking to me first.”

“Oh, come now, you’re being rude.” “Really? Aren’t you the one who quite literally just made fun of my name not even two minutes ago?” The prince tilted his head, biting his lip with a sigh. “Touché…”

“Exactly. Out.”

“But-!” “No.” Roman huffed pointing at the posters before gloomily stomping out of the room.

“Finally…”

After calming down his rattled nerves, Virgil was finally able to lay back down and continue to his Gorillaz listening spree.

Other than the unexpected surprise from the egotistical prince, it was a fairly quiet night. Not even Patton decided to bother Virgil. Of course, there was the occasional pestering message from Janus or Remus- But other than that, it was alright.

Once his nerves were at an all time low for the evening, Roman sprang back up into the emo’s room.

“Heya, Hot Topic!” “FUck-!” Virgil gasped, shooting up once more, instinctively tossing his headphones in Roman’s direction. “Stop doing that!”

The prince yelped, sidestepping the headphones before they could manage to hit him. “How rude! I was just going to invite you downstairs for movie night.” He huffed.

“Movie… night?” He raised an eyebrow. “What movie?”

“Frozen! An absolute masterpiece of its time.”

“Freedom is never an option… I like it.” “No, okay- I’m uninviting you if you’re just going to bring that sass-” “It’s not sass. Think about it- Elsa was cooped up her entire life not allowed to be herself- And when she finally did run away to seek freedom, she was chased down and nearly sentenced to death.” “I… Okay! They just didn’t know how to help her!” The prince sputtered, searching for words.

“Right, but the fact that you’re not outright denying me tells me all I need to know.” Virgil mumbled and laid back down, scrolling through his phone.

“Oh, that is it, Anxiety! I’m sick of your woefulness! It’s so dreary!” 

The emo looked up at him, raising an eyebrow at the acknowledgement of his title, rather than his name.

“That’s my job.” “But you’re so depressing all the time!”

“I just say it like it is.” He shrugged.

“Oh you are such… you’re a negative Nancy.” Roman huffed, crossing his arms.

“Okay… Sir Sing-a-Lot.” “At least I can sing!” “We all have- Okay- Whatever.” Virgil rolled his eyes, scrolling through his phone.

Roman huffed once more, turning away with a frown. He wished Patton came upstairs instead- Virgil was always nicer to Patton… or at least… tried to be nicer to Patton.

However, something so incredibly devious crossed his mind with that thought. Something so outrageous… so underhanded- So… devirageouhanded! Was that a word? Well who cares- NOW IT IS! “You know, tough guy, I bet you wouldn’t be so tough if you learned about Patton’s methods for cheering us up.” “I really think I’d still be the same.” “I- You haven’t even let me say what it is yet!” The emo sat up, glaring Roman down. “Fine then. Say it quickly so I can go back to my music.” “Ugh! So rude!” The prince had a knack for making offended gay noises, in that ever so theatrical way. 

“Get on with it..”

“Right! You know what- It’s easier to just show you.” Roman snickered and stepped over to Virgil’s bed. It surprisingly looked pretty nice- Dark purple comforter, black and gray throw blankets- Even a little skull throw pillow. The creative side silently acknowledged this as he snickered.

“What’s funny?” “You.” “Great. Appreciate it. Are we done here oR-” Virgil was cut off by a gasp that escaped his mouth- One caused by a finger so rudely poking his side.

“I knew it!” “Knew what?!” “You’re ticklish!” “No I’m not! That’s a hell of an assumption to maH-” The anxious aspect was cut off by a yelp this time. “Would you stop that?!” “Not a chance!” Roman snickered and climbed onto the grungy looking bed, only to claw his hands at Virgil’s sides.

Virgil yelped, grabbing Princey’s hands as he shoved them away. “HEY-! Would you cut it out?!” “No way!” Roman clawed his hands at the emo’s ribs this time, earning a stifled giggle out of him.

“You-hEh- You’re such a dick!” Virgil huffed, swatting at Roman’s hands, only for Roman to swerve his hands out of the way, only to scribble his fingers around the anxious side’s tummy.

Now that. That got a reaction out of him.

Virgil nearly shrieked, breaking into slight laughter before he rolled over to not only cover his stomach, but to hide his face in his pillow. Anxiety does not laugh- Not a chance. Especially to this buffoon.

“Woah! Okay- That’s definitely a good spot- Gonna tell Patton that one-” “Do NOT-!” “Ohohoh- I think I will!” Roman snickered before drilling two fingers into each hip, earning a yelp and then a laugh from the emo.

“RohOHOmaN-!” “Holy-! What the heckity heck-! I’ve made the dark and mysterious and angsty side laugh! I gotta tell Patton-!” The prince stood up, quickly dashing out of the room.

“Don’t you dare-!” Virgil shot up, immediately chasing after him.

Whether or not the prior events were revealed to Patton is unclear… but what is clear is that there was much more laughter to come from the Sanders mindpalace!

they try so hard to keep that quietness up as they're tickled... turning their head away, eyes shut, nose scrunched, trying so hard not to giggle or lose control... but they're just too ticklish, they can't help it. they start giggling and squirming, twitching at every poke and wiggle of fingers against their body, breathless and blushing at being made to laugh aloud! poor shy little thing <3

I just started Baldur's Gate 3 and would love some ler! tword hesdcanons for Astarion if you're feeling inspired? I saw some of his lines on YouTube Shorts and he's literally the reason I'm now playing, Lord help me. 😭🤣 I'm super early game(like, just met him, Shadowheart and Gale) but I do know what species he is, and know a certain something he tries at camp at some point- 👀

Anyways, here's ler!Astarion. I hope I captured his personality okay. I'll add a tiny warning that this may come off a tad spicy, cause it's Astarion haha, but it isn't NSFW.

Ler!Astarion Tickle Headcanons

“Darling, you’re ticklish? Aha, how adorable.”

Astarion’s had a couple centuries to practice the art of gentle, and sometimes ticklish, touches. Of course he takes up the opportunity to work his craft. 

He’ll say the sweetest things to beckon his lee closer, with fleeting touches along sides and hips. “Come here, my dear. I promise I’ll be as gentle as a babe. Just a bit closer, hm?”

More words, sweet as honey, until he has his lee pinned under him. No matter the position, he wants physical contact the whole time. “Mm, I always did enjoy how you looked beneath me.”

He loves it when his lees become shy and flustered. It encourages his flirtatious antics even more. But, if they don’t? That’s okay. He loves a good challenge. 

Astarion’s touch is deliberate, but light and teasy. He takes his time to find the spots that make his lee squeal, and claws over it with a mischievous glint in his eyes. “My, you are a sensitive little thing, aren’t you?”

Eye contact is huge with Astarion; he drinks in his lees’ every reaction to his tickles. Every little giggle, gasp, squeak. His lee has never looked more beautiful, and he’s sure to tell them just that.

Speaking of drinking, it’s too tempting not to think about all of the blood pumping through his lee’s veins while he tickles them. He won’t drink without permission, but that doesn’t mean he can’t indulge in other ways.

“I could eat you right up, darling. And you know what? I think I will..” 

Astarion knows how to use his fangs with just enough pressure to tickle, and if he’s especially close with his lee, nowhere is safe from his nibbles. 

His favorite place to nibble are necks, but he’s also fond of ribs, hips, and thighs. He’ll love if his lee is especially sensitive to his light biting. “Gods, you are delectable. And those precious little giggles of yours just make you all the more sweeter.~” 

He could tease and tickle his lee all night, but if they truly need a break, he’ll ease off…just expect him to be a lil’ pouty. 

“Stop? Already? But, I was having so much fun. And I can tell that you were, too. Must we end our playtime so soon? …Oh, fine. Just promise I won’t have to wait too long before I can have you again.”

Of course, Astarion doesn’t always have to have an easy time with his lees. He loves it when they’re stern or, if anything, when they don’t want to admit how ticklish they are.

“Pft, if you’re not ticklish, then I’m not a vampire. It’s nothing to be embarrassed about. I find it rather cute. You can look a beast dead in its eye, so long as it doesn’t wiggle its claws at you, hah.”

He, like most, if not all vampires, loves a good hunt. He can and will pursue obstinate lees for fun. Having stealth on his side is a huge advantage. 

His fancy, airier voice turns growly when he’s on the hunt. And, those honeyed words become devilish taunts. 

“You might want to run faster, darling. I’m right behind you.~ Perhaps if you surrender, I’ll be merciful.” 

Astarion gets a huge ego boost if he manages to get a stubborn lee laughing. "My name sounds wonderful on your lips. But, I would love to hear a 'please'."

If he has to hunt his lee down, it'll be awhile before he lets them go. "You're all mine, tav. Laugh for me~."
