what kinds of foods are you eating now? I'm tryna get my abs back
fruits (mostly raspberries, blueberries & strawberries)
veggies (mostly broccoli, kale, spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado …anything to give me fiber - this helps me stay full, but also helps digest my food…need them abs by summer!!!)
Chicken & salmon (I’m so picky lol but I mostly eat chicken, specifically white meat not a fan of thighs/legs)
I eat Greek yogurt too (Yasso bars are soooooo good, it’s like ice cream but healthier)
For carbs, I still eat white rice, potatoes or noodles even….i just watch the serving size - I’m super strict when it comes to this. I try to keep pasta to a minimum of once/twice a week. I also don’t use heavy whipping cream if I make a noodle dish.
