“Our generation of people struggle with some things, a lot of suicide and depression (…) what I found out is those two issues are really centered around the idea of purpose, we have a lot of questions, big questions and we don’t have the answers to those questions and that can really discourage us. 

So I found out it’s like, well, how can I create a purpose for myself? Cuz I feel like if I had purpose I’d be able to conquer these two things (suicide and depression) and I found through art that you can create the beginning of purpose, not all purpose cuz that’s just such a huge thing but the beginning of purpose can be found by creating something that only you understands. 

For example, in your darkest hours when you’re trying to figure out whether or not it’s worth it to stay alive or just to give up, if you have something that you’ve created and you know that you’re the only person on this earth that can explain that thing and that can be the thing that you hold on to and that can be the thing that can help you get through that moment of your darkest hour. 

So for me, something happened to me at a kitchen sink it was awesome, it was emotional, it was great… But the point is: I use that moment to help me get through my tough times. I’m not gonna tell you what happened in that kitchen sink "Cuz a kitchen sink to you it’s not a kitchen sink to me”

When you’re in the room by yourself trying to decide whether to stay alive, you can tell yourself “I should probably stay alive because I’m the only one who knows the meaning of that thing,” so the logo is an encouragement for people to create. That’s what it means.” “
