Blackout is from an FGOD multiverse that was destroyed partly because of the balance, but mostly necause of the "limit' being stretched thin allowing a code virus to pass the multiverse's filters. A code scar (physical part that couldn't be fully restored) was manifested over his corruption, relieving him of the mental effect of it. Mostly.

Blackout is very protective of his friends and will pretty much adopt random ppl if they can get close to him or of he takes pity on them.

Whenever he dies he can reform, and he gets a different form each time. Once the new form is complete, he cam shapeshift between them; bit he has to shift in sync with his twin or it won't work- so one can basically cancel the other's attempt to shapeshift.

Blackout really tries to be nice. He isolates himself from others, he's scared of hurting them.
