I also drink lemon tea or green tea and that helps too!
Something I learnt the hard way recently, if your food noise is really bad and u keep just looking in the fridge, try drinking a bunch of water, ur probably dehydrated lowkey.
I do be tryna drink more water and the food noise isn't bad anymore it used to he unbearable

Well, completely done with one of my classes!! Time for the gym. I have a Jasmine tea and I also have hydration mix! Gonna try to see if I can have less than what my meal plan said.Maybe I'll try to just have half of a pear for lunch and half for dinner?
Then hydration mix and vitamins, of course. It should be less than 250 calories!
