Miss Ceroba, though I know what you mean, I don’t think just being human is enough in terms of training. Yes, humans are very powerful, but that also depends on intent of both involved in the fight. If Frisk reaches a point where they have enough intent to cause a lot of damage, then they’re likely backed into a corner and scared as heck, and likely further traumatized if they ever kill anyone. Plus, even if it was in self-defense, them killing someone can easily motivate more monsters to hunt them down

Deadliness isn’t really the goal here. Training for dodging, staying calm in emergencies, deescalating situations, being aware of their surroundings, non-lethal self defense moves, etc. can still be helpful!

Plus, regular exercise is good even if they weren’t at risk from the Guard, and might even be fun for them if done right!
