i never used to be the sort of person who worried if people were mad at me and now i am. And in many ways i think that’s growth bc i used to not ever pick up on the signs of someone becoming obviously frustrated with me for legitimate reasons. and ive become much more attuned to that and better at reading people. but i am also overcompensating for a lifetime of failing to do this by now worrying about it All The Time
