I got like no sleep last night because the ringing in my ears was so bad. Any tips from others with tinnitus to relax with the sound or dampen it altogether?
The sound can get overstimulating, too, and that sucks. So if anyone has any advice that specifically pertains to addressing overstimulation when it's impossible or really, really hard to get away from what might be overstimulating oneself, I'd appreciate knowing it.
