Do you know what I love about Lara? Okay I love everything about Lara but I mean one thing now
The fact that her best days have come not only after a serious injury but after struggling to come back after that injury, huge disappointments and then being completely nowhere for a couple of years. Girl knows everything about patience, hard work and fighting. Such impressive.

Lara: This year, 95% of this medal is probably Wendy. I‘ll see to it that i can make good on those four tenths next year in Cortina.
It‘s interesting for me to find out… yeah, so far, I‘ve only really raced for myself and that this is a team event and… it‘s nice. […] It was new for everyone too, I didn‘t really know what to do in the finish, I hid on the other side during Wendy‘s run because I really don‘t like having a camera on me when I can‘t really control myself. But this was a cool competition and it was fun and I really couldn‘t have wished for a better teammate than Wendy.
