I know this is old news to us Davron fans, but I'm still going insane over how Kieran himself has talked about alternate takes filmed for the opening scene for The Burning Mill episode.

Like there was a quieter, more personal take and then another where Davos actually CRIED. And the final scene we ended up with must have been the one shot after that, as his eyes are still a little red!! Also how both he and Ryan were told there was a backstory, not just between the Blackwoods and Brackens, but between Davos and Aeron!! So much thought must have been put behind their characters, it was always more than just family rivalry between them and then they both died. The angst is unreal.

HBO please release the alternate takes, like I'll never know peace until then.

the funniest thing in the world would be a vampire polycule where louis, lestat, armand and daniel are all together and look past their various divorces. the second funniest thing in the world would be if daniel dated louis, lestat and armand separately but they're all still divorced and hate each other. daily fights of who gets custody over daniel. daniel watching his boyfriends tear each other to shreds giggling and kicking his feet. anytime one of them tries to tell him one of the others is an evil manipulator he whips out his book and reads them a passage where they were evil and manipulating and they're like okay okay.

in regards to the Alice theory, especially with how we've seen that if something triggers the real memories it can remove the manipulation Armand did, it makes sense that eventually Daniel would put together the pieces on his own given enough time

but I think it would be absolutely hilarious if the way he found out was through nothing but spite

like I need there to be a scene (for whatever reason) of Armand at one of the tapings of Lestat's interview and they get into a little verbal sparring match because of course they do and (I would say without thinking but this is absolutely premeditated bc has to cause chaos everywhere he goes) Lestat just gives Armand the dirtiest side-eye and goes "Yeah, okay, Alice," and Daniel's brain just bluescreens for a good while.

saying louis could never forgive armand for claudia is fair and valid and true. saying lestat could never forgive him is crazy and shows a complete misunderstanding of those two’s relationship. did you see how casually they had that vampire phone call in san fransisco? how easily and naturally lestat responded to armand’s call? as if no time at all had passed between them? as if they kept in touch regularly?

One thing I'd love for Interview with the Vampire season 3 would be for Lestat to take every opportunity within the interviews to trash Armand, emphasize how manic and backwards the Paris coven was when Lestat found them, how unstable Armand has always seemed to him, in a way that makes you think Lestat hates him. And then when Lestat sees Armand for the first time in person after the interviews you think "oh they're gonna fight" but instead Lestat is just like "OMG my bestie Armand!!! How have you been??? I missed you!!! You're so cute :3 hehe"
