This is my first official Tumblr post so I thought I'd introduce myself and my small business!

My name is Katie and I am the owner and sole runner of Flower of Life Stones. I began FoL back in 2020 after my health declined and I needed to leave my management job in Pet Food/Nutrition.

I have been collecting crystals and practicing metaphysics for almost 9 years, and have always had a love for geology ( I take after my Geology Professor Granddad :).

In 2016 I was given the opportunity to work and help in a crystal shop in Salida, Colorado run by Paul Martin, who had run his shop since the 60's. I learn an immense about metaphysics from him, sourcing, geology, spirituality, and learn the core philosophy of my practice from getting to work along side him. This is when I really started practicing, collecting, and falling in love with crystals the led to me starting this business,

My business is centered around education based metaphysics & science, building community, having fun, and creating a judgement free, fun space for everyone at any level of their journey. I also am incredibly vigilant when it comes to sourcing information, and am a huge advocate of doing charity work, and making sure none of my products or metaphysics is spiritually/culturally appropriated.

I have a website, do Live Sales currently on Instagram, and plan on posting regularly on here as well!
