It's 2001, and the toughest trio in Playcare is back!

Taken in Playtime Co.'s care in the late 80s and adopted out in 1993, Tristan, Carter, and Lucas have spent more years apart than together. All the more reason to make their reunion a memorable one with a trip back in time.

Explore an expansion on the in-game lore and the true conpany history through puzzles, documents, VHS tapes, and more as the former Playtime Kids descend into the locations deep in the Playtime Co. factory.

However, there are things better left unknown...

It's tough to be confronted with the past... navigate the struggles of friendship and shared traumas as the team learns more about the depths of the company's evil.

Pushing your luck or pushing your friends too hard could change your fate. Maybe that's something to aim for? You decide!

Play into each member's strengths by discovering their collectibles through minigames and exploration in their routes. Innovation is key.

hi everyone, I've got some assets to share for my Poppy Playtime renpy fangame, Floodlights and Painted Skies!

Here's a sneak peek at some of the things you'll be collecting or seeing around in-game (as well as a little hello to our characters, with adorable art by @/ashabananabread on Twitter)!

All of these were made with Photoshop, Canva elements, and official MOB entertainment art and assets to keep the style of the game intact. Making so many of these has been such a fun stage of the project! I love exploring th story hidden away in the tapes and paperwork at Playtime Co., and I'm really hoping I convey that with this. There's plenty more to come!

Please note all of these pertain to my personal canon and don't 100% align with the actual story of Poppy Playtime! These are not official episodes, nor do I have the means to make animated episodes sadly, and concepts like Huggy-Hearts and the Playcare ID are my own. I don't claim to be MOB or share fake content, just my own passion project! This is also a solo development work (aside from commissioned aspects), but I appreciate any and all interest in the project and hope you stick around to see what's next.

I'm making a narrative Poppy Playtime fangame!

Hi everybody! I figured this might be the space to share and hear some feedback for this project of mine, so here goes nothing!

I'm currently developing a game inspired in the world of Poppy Playtime and the Playtime Co. factory/Playcare in Ren'Py as a story-driven companion and alternate (but mostly similar) reality to the games! I'm planning plenty of point-and-click puzzles, mini-games, and more as the story delves into the plot and characters.

Follow the descent of Lucas, Carter, and Tristan, three friends raised in Playcare and reunited after adoption, as they explore the beloved memories and horrifying truths of their shared childhood home, and learn about their pasts and each other as they explore the premises. I am planning to have a couple different story branches for each character and some sinister and familiar toy faces appear (like MLL and CatNap) but I won't spoil the fun for now!

HUGE thanks to @/ang_jkt on Fiverr, the character sprites are all her awesome work! other assets are from in-game, placeholders, and my own photoshopping of assets from documents from the game. Please enjoy these mockup screenshots, and if anyone's interested, I'd be more than happy to share the development journey until the game is ready for release on itch someday!
