Jeopardized //Low
about being alone,
about being left, about being the outlier, about being in the edge, about ready to fall but you just can’t, about being hate and underrated, those are painful shits which may shatter your heart into pieces, those are painful shits which may keep you awake late at night, contemplate it while inserting more air into your lungs, contemplate it with fresh new cuts in the wrist, . but hey, my momma once told me that; someday these pains will be useful, turn all those wounds into wisdom, someday things will be brighter, turn those hate speeches into your energy source to keep better. people are monster, you know, we are sinister monster for both ourselves and others, some people are exist to hate the most delicious mozarella cheese, some people are exist to judge the most best selling novels, but remember, there are dozens of people exist to love every single things unconditionally too.

Recap // Epilog

this is to those who were so excited about chasing the sparkling dreams ahead, this is to those who were struggling so hard to take the very first step, this is to those who were so disappointed and end up blaming yourself, this is to those who were struggling so hard to fight over the indecipherable dark thoughts, this is to those who were trapped in social anxiety, this is to those who never get used to crowds, this is to those who were better in spaces, this is to those who constantly change the skin to stand out, this is to those who were counting years over years hoping for the resolutions to be tangible, but still trying so hard to understand your own philosophies of paradox. this is to those who perceive this life as a changing season, but still trying to figure out whether the anomaly is really taking place or not. i’m sorry if those things have slapped you that hard, it’s okay, you’re not the only one i’m sorry if those things have slapped you that hard, it’s okay, you just have to see it in another perspective, though it took many years we don’t have to be sorry for ourselves for what the other think or might think, am i right or am i right?

Summer Program 2017
OIER UPI stands for Office of International Education and Relation Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Basically, in every university, they have their own International Office in each faculty, but UPI centralized it, that's why we only have one International Office.
OIER UPI has a lot of programs such as Summer Program, SEA Teacher, Darmasiswa and International Days. Usually, for International Days, OIER is cooperating with one of the departments in UPI, that is IPSE (International Program on Science of Education) FPMIPA.
I'm Dyantie, one of OIER Second Batch members. In this video, I'm going to show you how crazy and pleasant the even of Summer Program 2017 was. This program is joined by participants from 5 different countries, those are Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, and Australia.
During this program, we had several events such as playing cultural games, visiting Islamic school, visiting Tangkuban Parahu, hiking to Taman Hutan Raya, visiting National Education Museum at UPI and Rumah Batik Lembang as well as learning how to paint Batik, and on the last day we attended angklung concert in Saung Angklung Udjo.

Education Stuff: Curiosity Issue
“Student questions are the seeds of the real learning, not some scripted curriculum that gave them tidbits of random information. What we do is important. It deserves our care, but it also deserves our revision. Can we be the surgeons of our classrooms? As if what we’re doing one day will save lives. Our students are worth it. And each case is different.” – Ramsey Musallam

This is me (the purple one!), my seniors (Teh Nelah and Teh Syifa), and our class a.k.a Nine B!

I learned something remarkable after watching a video by a 13 years Chemistry teacher (now probably would be 16 years), Ramsey Musallam. In the video, he said that there are three rules to spark learning. First is curiosity comes first. Second, embrace the mess. And the third is an intense reflection. I could not be more agree when the conclusion says that curiosity is the key to effective learning. Knowing that the curiosity will stimulate the students to ask questions, develop their way of thinking and support them to explore more about something. Unfortunately, nowadays we can see that a lot of teachers are struggling to catch up with the scripted curriculum that limits student questions as well as the trials and errors during the learning processes. While basically as a human being we are passionate enough to ask “why” about everything to generate our curiosity and making mistakes. The most probable respond to that is teachers may forget that trials and errors are leading us to the intense reflection that will help us to develop better.
