I made my Fritz trans before I had a massive hyperfixation on adding more of the “rebornica” au characters in (aka before Chris was even in my au), and before I got tumblr. I genuinely have never seen anyone do it before other than me and another person, so honestly I don’t have an answer to this 😭 I personally made him trans because he’s just a little trans coded in my au and for fun. I don’t think there was any hints at it, it’s just a headcanon ppl like i guess. 🤷
