Your entire being is constantly changing, from the millions of cells that make the physical body of who you are to your character and your situation is changing.

You cannot avoid change, but it's your choice to either grow or decay.

To improve ourselves, our circumstances, our relationships, our finances, our spirituality, our health, etc. requires us to change to a deliberate direction and not by mere chance. Our self development relies on reinventing ourselves; and this poem by Charles Bukowski writes that perfectly!

I’ve always wanted to be a motivational speaker, and this is not great YET, but I will improve the more I do it! The more you do it, the more you will learn. The more you learn, the more you will succeed! This video is unedited because I wanted to show that it doesn’t matter. Most people won’t give a shit. Most people are more worried about themselves than others. If I waited till I was “perfect” I would never start this. I encourage everyone to do the same. To start a business, a YouTube channel, to become a musician, an artist, a blogger, going to nursing school, a lawyer, doctor, whatever. You can do whatever you want, but you gotta start. Know that you won’t be perfect and that requires some accepting on your part. Trust the process that you will get better!
