Didn't take any pictures of my food today. Breakfast was pumpkin spice proffee. Lunch was 2 servings of my sugar free protein chocolate pudding (1cup total) with a bit of sugar free whipped cream. Dinner was progesso light broccoli cheddar soup. Snacks have been pumpkin spice premier protein and this! Swanson moroccan spice sipping bone broth. Yum!
