I wasn’t feeling hearthstone so much for a while but I did have a game worth talking about the other day. I was playing at low ranks in standard, my opponent had a Cult Master and three things with 1 health on the board, and their hand was almost full (nine cards I think). I played Cornered Sentry and some whirlwind card, causing them to overdraw hella and burn like six cards (and it did matter, they ended losing from fatigue damage). I don’t think I’ve ever disrespected someone that hard in hs before

The current brawl is the kind that I’d normally want to try a bunch of decks with but this time I managed to find the perfect deck on the first try. (okay so I made my first attempt with a slightly different build but the idea was the same) It loses to big things like jade, pogo rogue, and inner fire priest, and mages with Stargazer Luna are a tough match up but nothing else has much of a chance. The idea is basically just to throw down taunts and stack armor until you’re untouchable, and then annoy the opponent to death with Yogg

GOD

I don’t think I’d had a game that I immediately felt a need to post about in a long time. I also opened Rexxar in the KFT bundle so I felt a need to bring out the no minions hunter (feat. Barnes and Y’Shaarj because I’m a terrible human being) for the first time in a while. I got matched with a quest warrior, which most of the decks I use don’t do well against so my hopes weren’t high. But I got Barnes + Y’Shaarj out early in the game and they won the game for me. That game wasn’t especially notable, but then I got another game with the same person and drew Y’Shaarj on turn one (sad face). I resigned myself to a loss, only to have them pull Y’Shaarj with Dirty Rat (probably trying to get Barnes. thanks dude). So I used spells to cut down the rat and the taunts they threw down the next turns for turn four lethal. n i c e. I honestly couldn’t have blamed them if they added me to rage at me after that
