I’ve been waiting for the Alien bettas at petco for a while and honestly, they’re all pretty plain looking. This guy had a lil bit of blue and I took him home and plopped him into an old 5 gal fluval chi, went with the walstad method again. Four days later he’s become very vibrant!

U seem like the right person to ask about this.. I have a collection of succulents and I’m worried they aren’t getting enough sunlight but it’s the best I have w windows etc. so I got a light (I thought I got the right kind but idk) and it doesnt seem to be helping.. do u have any recs on specific lights or anything that could help??

I’m honestly terrible with succulents:/ amazon has some really nice ones that aren’t too expensive, do you remember the kind you bought?

I already have 12 betta tanks and everytime I walked past this guy at work it really broke my heart. I brought him home two days ago, he’s not too keen on food yet but he did eat a few brine shrimp today. He’s already a lil darker, just have to get those fins in better condition. No name yet, just hoping he gets better.

My boyfriend wanted to feed all of my tanks the other night and 4 tanks in, he came running into the bedroom and yelled “have you SEEN THOSE SLUGS!!! WHY ARE THERE SLUGS??? THEYRE SO BIG!!!” So now I’m a lil alarmed because we’ve been getting a lot of rain recently and thought something crawled into the house. I went to see what he was talking about and he was in absolute hysterics over my yellow rabbit snails...I explained what they are and his face went blank and he quietly said “they’re supposed to be there? You let them...live there?” 😩

Mmm I told myself I wasn’t going to the plant nursery but the manager texted me and said she got a huge shipment in andddddddd it contained jewel orchids and Indian rope Hoya so here we are 🙃

Some early spring blooms💐 I’ve never had much luck with orchid reblooms but this is the year, and with multiple flower spikes. My Venus flytrap even got in on the action.
