Sitting out here always gave Dusk a sense of serenity. With the chaos that was flowing through her veins, sometimes the drow would find a spot like this where she could see the stars and just let her mind wander. Her mind didn't know serenity of course. It was fill of murder and chaos. Her love for her queen Lolth definitely brought the chaos and even then at time Dusk didn't mind to disobey her. Curious red hue was looking down from her perch on a rock, one leg dangling and swaying while the other was resting with her knee up elbow resting on said knee and a half eaten apple in that hand. She hadn't come across many Goliath's in her day, She had run into them from time to time, given they had the best loot when you needed something to bring back to your boss. This one though, looks unusual to her. She watched as the fight began another bite out of her apple was taken before elegantly she was dropping down from her perch landing perfectly on her feet a smirk upon her face. "I never run from a fight. And these creatures are worth a lot of money." If you extract their venom they make for an excellent poison. Swiftly her bow was pulled out from her back, aiming for the creature waiting for the perfect time to strike. He just needed to get in range with the Goliath.
Starter: Damascus open Location: Outskirts of Baldur's Gate
The nights air held a chill to it that the goliath hadn't experienced before, which in itself was rather complex considering the mountain of a man didn't feel the cold and had been to the highest mountain peaks while his skin remained warm; yet tonight, the chill was felt. For months The Blade had been travelling, knowing Baldur's Gate would be falling into chaos and perhaps require some order, and who better than a paladin with the oath of conquest? That's what Damascus told himself on yet another long journey, though he would make fucking certain that this quest didn't end in failure and his name would soar higher than those mountain peaks and the family who had yelled abomination and cast him out. Perhaps his mind was too occupied with such thoughts to notice that company was now walking the same road, or it was that chill that seemed to wrap around his stone like skin that had the goliath slowed for a fraction of a second before the foul beast attacked, flying over head as talons narrowly missed his head. "It's circling back." he growled while famed sword was already in hand, feet planted firmly as golden eyes, those of a different kind of monster, glanced at his companion. "Fight or see how far you get by running, either way, stay get in my way."

This was no mere accident when it came to Aylin. Allies was always something that she would seek out if and when she needed to. Given that for a time there this woman and herself seemed to find themselves on the same side of a fight was one of the many reasons Aylin sought out the woman. Aylin's job here for the moment was to help people settile into Baulder's Gate, help those that needed a home and shelter. Didn't mean that she couldn't take time out to see old allies. "Aye why not all three?" Aylin jokes now, before leaning against a stack of crates her hue still on the woman in front of her. "Perhaps ally of mine, I seek you out for you know where the best fights are."
Starter: Rhae x Aylin ( @fightersoftherealms ) Location: Inner city somewhere
"By the Gods." Rhae's exasperated chuckle left carefully crafted lips the moment the paladin, and not to mention daughter of a GODDESS, who kept cropping up in Rhae's life by accident, or at least that's what the brunette was supposed to think; the fighter and former knight tended not to believe in mere coincidences; especially when there was a hefty bounty upon her head. "You lookin' to flirt, fight or fuck?" Rhae sneered while hand not so subtly rested on the hilt of her sword, one who had been with her longer than anything else. "Because there can't be any other good explanation why you keep on showin' up."

"Doesn't sound creepy at all. I get it. Sometimes just staring at someone doing mundane things can be the most interesting for a song." Cal definitely helped Vi get out of her comfort zone when it came to music. He was teaching her how to write her own music, though none of it was as good as what he could write that was for sure. She was memorized when he would perform his own music, but even when he didn't, she was still lost in the sound of his voice, he had such an amazing voice. "It's for the children, who aren't ready to see me with my clothes off." She says with a laugh now, even grabbing her own menu as she chuckled at his words. "So even after we finish eating, you'll still be hungry? And yet, it doesn't show, you're flawless."
"I'll edit in them in sometimes," he answered her, looking around, "But I mostly write in the park or at home. Watching people can help sometimes though, as creepy as that sounds." He didn't have many close friends he could do music with. Axel didn't want anyone to know he was amazing on the guitar. But at least he could write with Vi, sometimes perform with her. She was incredibly talented, probably why he decided to get vocal training. "Bathing with your clothes on - that's a whole new genre of porn," he teased, before raising his hands, "Forgotten, forgotten." Fingers drummed on the table lightly before he heard those magic words. "Of course I am because I don't know why you even still ask anymore," he immediately reached for a menu, "I am always hungry."

"I could never forget who our hostess is." Axel points out like it was something everyone should know. He could never forget Scarlett, or who threw this party in the first place. "Damn I missed you playing? Guess that's what I get for showing up late." The truth was he wasn't even sure if he should have come here, wasn't sure if he would be welcomed if Loki had turned up. But everything was sorted out, so now he could enjoy himself and perhaps find someone to take home with him, and if that didn't happen, that was all good too. "Rather have her in my life than not in it, and I want her to know that even if I can't get close at the moment." He says with a shrug of his shoulders before he was downing his drink. "Yeah we're good, she's with someone and I have to move on, simple as that. You here with anyone? Or you looking to take someone out of here?" He asks, wanting to take the spotlight off of him. "Nope. Unless I get drunk enough and I'm not there yet. You really want me up there with you?"
The incubus let out a snort at the werewolf's words. "Did you forget who our hostess is?" he questioned him, "I was lucky I got to keep my shirt on while I played." He had played earlier on in the party and probably would again. Scarlett was pretty good about letting him be a guest also. And it was kind of nice to play somewhere other than Vervain. "Kind of surprised to see you though," he admitted. He wasn't blind. He saw the new beau, questionable as he may be but that really based on Cal's limited and unpleasant experience with warlock. In his opinion, Scarlett lost her damn mind. "So I take you guys are still good then?" he asked Axel, knowing that was going to be the important part. He then patted the wolf on the chest, "Gonna finally play with me tonight?"

Giovanni wasn't used to these kind of parties. He was more used to men being incredibly drunk, and screaming while groping women and sloshing their drinks all over themselves and the woman sitting in their laps. This was definitely chaotic but it wasn't as bad as what he had seen in his life. His eyes connected to Freya's a charming smile gracing his features while he listened to her speak. "My brother did know how to throw parties." He says, and it wasn't unsurprising to him that others enjoyed them also. "Perhaps next time it'll make her try harder to out do you, but it'll be impossible." He says now, his words coming out effortlessly before he was looking down at himself. Wasn't often that he would be wearing modern clothes, but Giovanni was finding out that he did have taste in some fashion. "I tried my best. Not used to these modern outfits." he admits to her now, a chuckle escaping at her next words, before he was taking her hand and bringing the back of it to his lips. "I'll let you dress me, I'm intrigued in what you'll have me wear." He whispers before dropping her hand and looking around as her hand was placed on his arm. "I'd love your company, yes. I'm finding myself quite famished, how about yourself?"
Freya loved her clan, as she liked to call them. The Nygaards, their progenies, their progenies' progenies. She knew not all had the same opinions on these things and of course, there were limits in her loyalty to all but one. But they were her people. And Freya had been one for her people when her heart still beat. In fact, it was why it stopped. Lips spread into a wide smile when she saw who was walking over to her. "I love parties, like to hear all the heartbeats racing. Takes me back to Chord's parties. Now, those were fun," she took the drink, having no hesitation in talking to one she considered one of her people. Hand came up and spun some of her red hair around it, lips now shrinking into a smirk at his words. "I know, I can practically feel the hatred in our hostess's eyes, "But you. You clean up very well. You should let me dress you one day. Not Chord, don't listen to Chord. He will dress you for his tastes, I will dress you for yours." She was well aware that she went off on her own topics when she got excited. But now she tilted her head at the vampire, realizing that this was not really she had expected to see him. "Are you here to hunt?" she reached and put her hand on his arm, "Would you like company?"

"It's my special gift." She says before rolling her eyes at him when he patted her head, though Cecila found herself chuckling when he began to laugh. It was nice to be around Malachi, she felt safe with him, given that he was protective over her, and she was grinning now when he handed over the teddy bear, a bounce in her step. Another one to add to her collection. "That was very important information, and it couldn't wait for you to get off the toilet. I've been hanging out with Malbonte a lot lately. He seems nice, a little guarded but I can't blame him for that." She admits with a shrug of her shoulders. "And what have you been getting yourself into?"
"You're the only one who doesn't annoy me" he says casually, rubbing the top of her head, indeed like his own little pet. A small laughter soon followed, the tall broody looking warlock handing the teddy bear to his friend before they left the fair and entered into the streets. "So, what's going on with you? Usually you tell me everything within the first three minutes of being with me --- I do recall one time I was on the toilet and you wouldn't close that mouth of yours"

Hands went up the moment James started to repeat the word no. James was one of those guys that was just easy to be around. They hit it off the moment that they had met, and Cooper couldn't have asked for a better guy to have as his wing-man tonight. "How do women like that just walk around like they're not dangerous?" He asks before putting his hands back on the table one grabbing his beer and taking a drink from it before continuing his thought process. "Is there any here that you would be going home with?"
Starter: James to Cooper ( @moonxshadowx ) Location: 5PM
James hadn't intended meeting Cooper and befriended him, they were perfectly okay staying out of one aspect of Wren's life, though the universe had other plans and one fateful night over a year ago, the two had met at a bar, played some pool and ultimately became mates; now here they were. "No no no." James began barking at his friend, who's arms had gone up, wondering what he'd already done wrong. "She's got the crazy eyes, can't you see? And I don't mean freaky in the sheets crazy, I mean she's gonna cut your dick off crazy."

Her eyes didn't move from Aurora, not even to look at Aurelius though she could feel his presents right there with them. Her hands were still touching Aurora because Dylan couldn't believe that she was here with her, that she was alive. Her best friend that she shared laughter with, shared tears with, shared everything with was right here in front of her and solid. She listened to Aurora's words, hearing that this was all because of her. Dylan wouldn't believe it at first but it was coming from Aurora from the one person she could believe and not to mention what had just happened and that she was suddenly just here now, right in front of her, where she could touch her and speak to her now. Words weren't coming to her, but hearing what Aurora called her, telling her that this was because of her because she was the Phoenix, almost had Dylan laughing. Her mind wandered to her family, the fire that had started and she could feel tears stinging at the corner of her eyes. "I'm not cursed? I brought you back to life?" There was a lot here she had to sit and think about, but her trembling fingers touched Aurora's face, poking gently at her cheeks as she let a few tears fall. "How? How is that possible?" She didn't expect Aurora to have the answer to that question, perhaps no one did. "You're here for good? You're not going to leave again?"
Aurora wouldn't move from in front of Dylan as icy blue glare stared into the devil's eyes, one's she could vividly remember relishing in the banshee's downfall, ripping them apart with a maniacal grin upon his face. When Dylan spoke of Aurelius's protection, the banshee remained steadfast, unwavering grip tightening around Dylan's recently reborn hand as she spoke to Aurelius, who was grinning like the damn Cheshire cat. "Go and get him." the blonde spat, knowing that Kensley wouldn't be far, that all of this wasn't a mere coincidence; it never was when they were involved. Silence fell until Aurelius had left their space, and only then did Aurora turn towards her manipulated friend, holding Dylan tightly for a moment before her own hands were reaching for Dylan's curls, ash clinging to them while the old banshee tales started to fall into place. "Because of you, D. It's all been because of you, and I'm pretty sure they know that." there was no time, no time to soften the truth that she should have seen all those years, not with Aurelius and surely Kensley on his way. "You're the phoenix, Dylan -- it's all because of you."

She wasn't used to being out and partying. Her life was all about training to get ready for the hunter trials, so Vi wasn't used to this type of thing, but here she was trying her best to mingle with the crowd and she was a lightweight so the more she drank the more she talked and most likely embarrassed herself. "Oh god." She says her brown hue widening as she stared at the male in front of her right now, before handing him back the empty glass. "Wow. I guess it's not working yet, because your top is still on." She points out before her eyes were scanning for another drink for him before looking back at him. "Should I make you another drink? I don't know what was in that one, I think I can taste the Gin but that's all I could taste. Why does your friend want you to take your top off?"
Starter: Bishop & Vi ( @moonxshadowx ) Location: Yacht party
"That's not.." Bishop's words trailed off as the woman in front of him suddenly downed his drink, either thinking it was her own or, maybe she was just rude; even though she didn't seem rude, which had Bishop openly chuckling when their eyes met and the brunette obviously realised what had just transpired. "Sorry about the taste, my friend really wants me drunk and to take my shirt off."

"In my defense again, I might be a little tipsy and not really paying attention to my surroundings. And your perfume kind of makes it difficult for me to sense you." He points out before taking a mouthful of his beer, and setting it down at the bar while he watched Val leave them then his eyes landed back on his sister. "You know I never like sharing you, ever." Though his words were teasing, there was some truth to it. He barely got to see Wren, and when he did it was usually a quick chat before she needed to lay down or go to work. He wished he could help her with her migraines but he didn't know how. "Do you have your eyes on anyone? Think that Alexei guy is thinking about you."
"In your defence, you have better senses than most." Wren reminded her werewolf brother, wondering how he'd miss her scent, though it wasn't the first time someone's abilities hadn't worked around Wren, a fact that was lost on the shifter. As Cooper continued to defend himself, the brunette shifted her head slightly enough for Val to get the hint as time with Cooper had been hard to find recently, what with work and her migraines. "Didn't feel like sharing you right now. She's easy though, I'm sure you can use your ways on her later."

"I wish he would ride me until I see stars honestly. I'd die a happy woman if that happens. Well I don't know his name, never actually talked to him or anything, he just tends to sit in the corner of Max's cafe, reading a book and then leaving not even speaking to anyone. Sounds like a Strider to me." She says before shoving a piece of pizza into her mouth, chewing like a lady and swallowing, smiling when she hears Billie's laugh though, it always made her happy when she could make a friend laugh. "So I'm just that special?" It was a teasing question because Vi didn't wanna push Billie. "We should get married."
Fork still in hand, Billie stopped momentarily, mouth hanging open ever so slightly as she geared up for the word vomit that the witch had insisted happen. As Vi continued to spew out guys, some whom Billie knew and some who were simply strangers, she'd smile every now and again in support of such sharing, and she imagined what the inside of Vi's head must have looked like. "I have no idea who Lincoln is, but I agree about Mace and if he'd let me, I'd dry hump that man." not exactly something Billie let slip, but she was in the company of an actual friend, which was rare for the witch. "Strider? I appreciate your love of Lord of the rings, but you're gonna have to fill me in on that one, Vi." she informed her friend as Vi continued to vomit, which of course had Billie shaking her head while again stifling a laugh. "Depends on the person, but witches are usually female and warlocks male, though no, I tend to keep my distance from, well -- anyone really."

Axel often didn't find himself here in this place. It wasn't because of the vampires, he just didn't find himself fitting in, in a place like this. Yet, here he was, doing his best to do just that. He had to branch out of his comfort zone at some point, didn't he? Hearing someone yelling his name, he turned his head to see Chloe there a smile gracing his features the moment their eyes made contact. "Am I getting the feeling that you missed me, Chloe?" He teases her now, fingers running through his shaggy hair before dropping to his side. "I don't usually set foot in here. Might be the reason why you haven't seen me around. How many drinks do need to take to catch up with you?"
@moonxshadowx Chloe to Axel ( Vervain )
Despite knowing that Casey very much didn't always feel comfortable with his baby sister cutting loose in the vamp club, sometimes you needed to just risk it to get the biscuit. "AXEL," she practically yelled when she saw the wolf and cheered for him, "Where have you been? I feel like I haven't seen that perfect jawline in like agessss."
