Fic Recs of Henry and Alex (Part 1)

Henry Fox-Mountchristen-Windsor and Alex Claremont Diaz are sooooooo cute and the book was sooo good that I just needed to make this rec and I will definetly make another one

"Fine," says Alex. He clenches his jaw and his fists. "Great. Watch me. I'll bromance the shit out of the motherfucker."

I loved this one a lot, it was a really fun, good read that held their personalities pretty well.

“How many times have I told you now?” Henry asks, voice still quiet. “In the bedroom, we’re equals.” Alex knows a door left ajar intentionally when he sees it.

“But we’re not in the bedroom, are we?” he mutters. Henry smirks and turns away. Alex nearly falls over trying to follow the loss of Henry’s hand on his face.

“It certainly would seem that way,” Henry says, loud and clear, leaning against the wall again. “And so I will have to insist on some degree of deference. Do you think you can manage that?”

Or, Alex has a fantasy involving a tack room and Henry's polo uniform, and Henry is all too happy to fulfill it.

This one is entirely smut so if that floats your boat, go ahead and if not, don’t. It’s very nicely written, kinda exploring a dim/sub vibe. Very Hot (read the tags)

Alex is an announcer for his school's baseball team, and he is also fortunate enough to be dating a certain very attractive catcher.

This one is super cute and lots of fun Nora and Alex banter back and forth, live for Alex’s comments on the game in front of him. Very cute, highly recommend

This one was adorable. Henry having to deal with his terrible relatives and Alex helping him. Plus some nice Martha is always awesome

This one was really very cute and I loved it a lot. A lot of Taylor Swift bashing, so keep that in mind when reading

Perceiver Fic Recs (Percy and Oliver) [Part 1]

I’ve noticed that there is not enough fan fiction about Percy and Oliver out there, but here are my favorite ones

Closer- 3,122 words (ao3)

Bad news travels faster than good news

I personally loved the way this one portrayed Percy and Charlie and the way they might have interacted during the war (cannon divergence, Percy isn’t an asshole like in cannon)

The Secret to Redemption- 35k (ao3)

From the long ago Oliver/Percy Carnival. Written for the following Ghost Ride #10 "Special Auror Oliver Wood is used to being given the hardest and most dangerous of assignments, so why in the world has he been assigned to guard researcher and teacher Percy Weasley?" AND Kissing Booth #14 "One or both of the boys work at Hogwarts and their students start wondering where they keep disappearing to.”

I absolutely fell in love with this story. It is so real and emotional. Manipulative Dumbledore and some explicit scenes, but it’s also one of the better Percy/Oliver fics out there.

Five Times Percy Thought Oliver was beautiful and One Time Oliver Did Something About It-2k (ao3)

The rule worshipping, strict, and by-the-books Gryffindor Prefect Percy Weasley has a big secret. He’s got a huge crush on a fellow Gryffindor and Quidditch Captain Oliver Wood. Percy was resigned to loving him from afar but he should have remembered that secrets don’t stay secrets for long at Hogwarts.

This fic was just really cute and fluffy and the way that Percy describes Oliver is so stunningly written

There’s something you don’t see everyday- 1k (ao3)

Instead of walking in in Percy and Penelope, Ginny across Percy in a surprising position with a surprising person.

This one is a cute, established relationship that shows Ginny finding out? This description is terrible, but it really is quite cute.

Tension- 5k (ao3)

As the winter holidays in Hogwarts leave Percy Weasley as the only boy in Gryffindor, and his crush on the gorgeous Quidditch Captain Oliver Wood leaves him lonely, Percy decides to sleep in Oliver’s bed while he’s gone. The problem? Oliver isn’t gone. And in the coming weeks, Percy learns the definition of tension.

This fic is absolutely awesome. There is a big fight and a smutty scene, so if that makes you uncomfortable, Don’t read. The sexual tension and the sheer obviousness of both of them is staggering though.

The Gryffindor Spirit- 3.4k (ao3)

Percy came to this muggle gay bar to hang out with Oliver, but Oliver is dancing with other people. When a stranger offers to make Percy jealous, is Percy up for the challenge?

This fic is really cute and shows a bolder side to Oliver and Percy. Again, there is an explicit scene so if that’s a deal breaker....
