Something I really appreciate about Treasure Planet is that it was shamelessly all about the aesthetics. Those are space ships. Traveling to other planets. In space. But the ships are shaped like Earth ocean sailing ships. Why? Because it's beautiful, that's why! Shut up!

unironically my favorite thing about annabeth is that she thinks of herself as being very logical, and she is, in a way, but she is also SO emotionally driven. it’s so obvious in the way she never fully gives up on luke, in her initial disgust with tyson, in her jealousy towards rachel. even in her fatal flaw. and honestly, without that element of her character annabeth would probably come across as very dry and maybe even irritating. her emotional side humanizes her so much and the best part is that if anyone suggested that she was emotional she would probably be completely indignant

twenty one pilots origin story could for sure be a fan fiction. wdym josh was a fan of the band, became friends with the frontman, stayed at his house talking about their hopes and dreams until 8 am, and then just so happened to be asked to fill in for one show which then lead to a permanent position in the band. and then!!! all of their hopes and dreams actually did come true!!! like thats actually insane
