If so, why did you hide them? A) They're hidden because I want to be able to "like" things secretly, because maybe they're horny or otherwise embarrassing. B) They're hidden because I don't want some followers/mutuals to feel neglected and like I'm playing favorites. C) I never liked being perceived so I hid my likes. D) I don't know why I hid them. like, if audhd people get to joke around about their disorders, not always treat it with an absurd amount of weight, so does everyone else. i love you aspd people who make jokes about your disorder, you deserve to do that without being called an edgy teen. i love you npd people make memes about it. i love you scary people who get to destigmatize your disorders by laughing.

The worst thing is that there is so much potential for exploring the horror of psych wards from the angle of medical abuse, ableism, forced treatment/drugging, loss of autonomy, power imbalance, demonization, dehumanization, etc, and YET the horror genre keeps defaulting to "insane asylums and psych wards are scary because there are mentally ill people in there"

i love pitting classically trained magic users against self-taught magic users in sci-fi/fantasy but it shouldn’t be snobbish disdain for them it should be terror

Character dynamic that I love: character with very bad trust issues and character who is brutally honest.

Even if character b can be hurtful sometimes, they're the one person character a can really trust. Character a never has to doubt if what character b says is truly earnest, and they find comfort in that. They know they can rely on them.

i am a firm believer that ocs are a reflection of the self in the way that every character you create has to hold some piece of you to really feel alive. sometimes this is why all your ocs have certain traits, sometimes this is why you can track your various issues and traumas all the way from middleschool to now based on what your ocs are like. this is a feature not a bug
