I like to think Odin was equally strict with both Thor and Loki in the sense that both of them got equally punished when they did something wrong, but in wildly different ways.

Since Thor was always the one who was gonna be king, his punishments were always turned into lessons. He'd get a chance to prove himself and fix what he did.

Loki's punishments were more the "I need to get this kid out of my face for a while" type, like getting locked in his room for some hours.

That's why when Thor tries to kill the frost giants and endangers asgardian lives in the process, he gets stripped of his power with a slight chance to get it back and banished, but when Loki commits a similar crime, he gets thrown in a cell to rot. Both pretty harsh punishments, but one of them is getting a chance to come back home and prove that he's good, the other is a lost cause.

idk i think he was pretty evil trying to kill his brother multiple times and not wanting him to exist, can't think of anything the kid did to deserve such hate from dabi but he got it anyway. at leaat with the other family members he loves them even enji but his other fellow victim tho? fuck him i guess, and he and showed no remorse either i dont undersrand him i guess sorry. I love how he loves everyone but shoto tho

I mean I get where you're coming from but like, Touya was a kid, the FAVOURITE kid. And suddenly he was not because of Shouto.

I'm not saying it was right or justified, it was more of misplaced anger and blame. Touya blamed everyone, Enji, shouto, even rei when she tried to stop him from going to the peak, and of course himself. He is a fucked up kid who have no idea where or how to let out his anger so he did one thing enji taught him, burn it all by his flames. Just like how Enji didn't care who got hurt In between him and achieving his goal, Dabi didn't either. Unfortunately he is just like Enji, mostly because Enji was one of the parent he looked up to and unconsciously absorbed that messed up mindset.

Because, that's what kids do.. and let's be honest dabi did not develop normally. He desperately needed help but didn't even know it.
