               "Amity!“ Luz yells in lieu of greeting her friend, running up to her with her hands behind her back. "I saw these flowers on my way here this morning, and they reminded me of you! So I, uh, made you this!” Smiling nervously she holds out her hands, and in them is a flower crown almost the exact shade of blue as the others hair. // luz to amity obvi / @familymade· | unprompted. 

            Amity recognized Luz’s voice  pretty  much  immediately.  Still,  she  took  a  moment  before  turning  to  faceher.  She  didn’t  want  to  seem  too  eager.  Oh  no.  Luz  had  gotten  something  for  her?  Amity  could  feel  the  blush  rising  on  her  cheeks;  she  knew  it  was  noticeable.  Her  eyes  linger  on  the  flower  crown  for  a  bit  too  long  before  she  finally  took  it  from  her.

            UGH, that sounded so  rude.  Get  it  together,  Amity.So,  she offered  Luz  a  smile.  Because  it  really  was  cute.  Luz  was  cute  &&  the  fact  that  she  thought  about  Amity  in  the  first  place  made  her  feel  soft.

              The  smile  on  her  face  wilted,  and  she  was  about  to  start  asking  if  Amity  didn’t  like  it,  or  if  she’d  rather  a  flower  crown  in  a  different  color.  She  could  go  looking  for  other  flowers!  Or,  oh  no,  maybe  Amity  was  allergic  to  flowers.  That  seemed  like  something  she  would  have  found  out  about  before  now,  but  who  knows?  Oh  my  god,  what  if  she  was  allergic  to  flowers  so  badly  that  they  could  kill  her?  ...  Wait.  If  that  were  the  case  she  probably  wouldn’t  have  taken  the  flower  crown  from  her  in  the  first  place.  Before  she  got  a  chance  to  voice  all  of  that  however,  Amity  was  smiling  at  her,  and  she  could  practically  feel  her  heart  jump  up  into  her  throat.  She  could  feel  her  own  cheeks  start  to  heat,  and  prayed  the  blush  wasn’t  that  noticable.
