Primarily working on Chapter 6 of Family Crypt right now, but had a sudden bolt of inspiration yesterday that gave me what I needed to write a new chapter of Westermarck. Andrew & Ashley visit a funfair that... doesn't quite live up to its name.

Ah, I can answer this one! @incorrect-gravescest gave me the name and got it from Aleister Crowley, a British occultist. She has actually seen Hazbin Hotel (I have not), but the name wasn't chosen because of it.

reading family crypt and the first thing i notice is that one of their kids name is aleister. ALEISTER.

why did they name him like the hazbin hotel man and why does the name...kinda fit 😭😭😭

It has been way too long working on this, but I've finally finished (the first part of) Alex's backstory in the latest chapter of Family Crypt. No joke, this has been in the works since I first thought of Alex and the AU.

(This is so getting overshadowed by the devlog in a few hours)

Happy 1-year anniversary to Episode 2 and, by extension, Gravecest being made canon. I wanted to have Chapter 5 of Family Crypt done by now, but that's taking a lot more time than I thought.

I was gonna save this for after the end of August, but I ended up getting some unexpected motivation to finish Chapter 4 of Family Crypt today! It's much more fankid focused than the past few chapters have been, but I think it's important to establish their dynamics now while we're still only a few chapters in.

The idea of Alex as a cheerleader was born from a conversation with tigreoceraptor a few days ago, and after it kept being brought up she decided to draw it! I'm really happy with how the art turned out, she did an amazing job as usual.
