May I ask what your favorite part of the show was so far
Surprisingly the vault stuff with Norm ended up being my favorite storyline(?)! I fully expected that part in particular to be a little boring but I was pleasantly surprised!

Hi! Not really sure how to ask these things lol.
Would you be up for writing a fo4 companions react for a gender non specific (or even simply not mentioned) sole, getting shot in the hand and have to amputate a few fingers? If that’s too gory, I understand! Thank you!
Thank you for reading, farewell, have a good day.
Cait: The adrenaline of a firefight kept Sole from realizing their own injury. When things died down, Cait pointed to their hand. "Lost something, haven't ye?" Sole raised their bloodied hand to their face. One finger gone, and another just barely hanging on. They yelped and scurried about, hoping to find their lost appendage. "Shut yer pie hole. Come 'er." Sole handed over their,, hand. Cait took the dangling digit in her hand, and yanked the thing right off. Sole screamed directly in her face. "Oh please, I did ye a favor."
Curie: There's no one better to be with when you get injured. When Sole's hand was injured they were sure they were going to lose some, if not all fingers. Such is the way of wasteland life. "Oh calm down I've got you. No need to worry at all." Her voice was so confident and reassuring, Sole couldn't help but relax a little. Curie expertly administered first aid, and was even able to reattach some fingers they would have otherwise lost.
Codsworth: Sole and Codsworth found themselves suddenly swarmed by molerats. Jumping this way and that, their teeth audibly chomping as they went. One molerat managed to get hold of Sole's hand. They yelped. Codsworth dealt with the rats at hand, as quickly as he could. He quickly approached Sole, who was on their knees, holding their hand. "Is everything alright sir/mum? Are you perhaps injured?" Sole held up their hand, missing exactly one finger. All three of Codsworth's eyes focused on it. "Oh dear." He said sadly. "Unfortunately I don't have much for that right now. Which would you rather have?" He held up two arms. In one, a flamethrower, presumably to cauterize the wound. In the other, a box of sugarbombs. Sole couldn't help but laugh. "I'll take the sugarbombs thanks."
Danse: After swiftly dispatching a group of super mutants. Danse lowered his guard. It lasted seconds. Sole was screaming his name. Danse's mental alarm ringing in his ears, he quickly ran over to them. "What is it? What's wrong?" Sole held up their hand, which was a few fingers less than normal. Evidently a mutant that had been blindly spraying bullets in their direction, actually hit them. "Oh. It's just that." As he was administering first-aid, Sole yelled, "JUST THAT?! I'VE LOST SOME FINGERS!!!" Danse sighed, "I know plenty of fine brothers that have lost far more than that. You'll be fine soldier."
Deacon: Sole and Deacon were wandering around downtown Boston. Sole's guard was way too far down, considering their surroundings. A shot rang out, followed by a burning sensation in Sole's hand. After taking cover, Sole realized they'd lost a pinkie. After a string of curses, some of which Deacon had never heard, he picked up their lost digit. "Think I could get a good amount of caps for this?" He laughed.
Dogmeat: AAA BARK BARK ARE U OK BARK BARK
Hancock: Sole and Hancock stumbled into some dilapidated old bar. After handling a group of Gunners, they needed a moment to collect themselves. Hancock propped himself on the bar counter and laughed, "well that was fun." He looked back at Sole, who was looking at their hand, dripping blood. "Oooh." His pitch lowered. Sole slowly approached him, and silently showed him their hand. A couple fingers dangled. It was gross. Without saying much, Hancock took out a knife from his back pocket. "Do you want me to do it, or do it yourself?" Sole clenched their jaw, they knew it needed to be done. They plopped their hand on the bar table and closed their eyes. Hancock sighed and readied himself. "Alright then."
MacCready: MacCready is no stranger to wounds, especially those caused by firearms. That's just part of the job when you work for the Gunners. Funny enough it was that same group that caused his current predicament. Sole was panicking. A gunner aimed at the hand that held Sole's weapon, and they hit their mark. MacCready was holding Sole's bloodied hand in his own, trying to figure out a way to help. "Would you PLEASE STOP moving." MacCready thought he said it sternly, but his voice was shaky. He was panicking just as much as Sole. Turns out, in his case, no amount of experience prepares you for emergencies.
Nick: Sole and Nick, minding their own business in the wastes. A peaceful day, it seemed. Until a lone super mutant sicced its mutant hound on them. Nick scuttled behind a tree, and took care of the super mutant. Sole, on the other hand, was slow to the uptake. They didn't realize what was going on until the hound had already taken a chomp out of their non-dominant hand. Thankfully both were eradicated before any more injuries were sustained. "We sure made quick work of that huh?" Nick smiled, until he saw Sole's hand. Looking at where their fingers should have been, all he could say was, "well would you look at that."
Piper: After fending off a gang of raiders, Piper slumped down on the ground next to Sole. "Christ, I don't know how much more of this I can take." She was clearly out of breath. Sole's silence made Piper sit up and check on them. They sat, staring at their hand, blood pooling on the ground between their legs. "Blue, are you-" Sole moved their shaky hand closer to Piper, causing her to lurch away from them. "GET THAT MESS OU T of my FACE." She squealed. Sole begged for help. "Oh god I'm gonna be sick..."
Preston: Some unorganized raiders attempted to attack the well fortified Sanctuary. Sole, Preston, and several other residents dispatched them quickly, but not before Sole got hurt. They called out to Preston, making him quickly spin around to face them. He'd never seen their face go pale like that. One of their fingers was hanging on by a thread, assumed to have been caught by a stray bullet. Preston quickly took up their dripping hand in both of his. "Preston I- what do I-" their voice was shaky. "General." "but I-" "GENERAL." Preston seldom yelled. It caused Sole to focus on him. "It'll be okay. Let's see if we can find someone to help you out here, alright?" His calm voice reassured Sole.
Strong: Strong liked to complain, but he didn't like listening to Sole complain. The fight between them and some rogue robots had long since been over but Sole was still screaming about having a couple fingers lasered off. Luckily for them, it cauterized the wound. "I just can't believe this, it hurts so MU-" Sole was cut off by Strong screaming at them. "STOP TALKING. PUNY HUMAN WEAK. STRONG NEVER LOSE FANGER. BE QUIET." He groaned loudly and stomped off. Sole was stunned........"fanger?" He had misspoke.
X6-88: Sole squealed loudly. Their own bullet ricocheted off a steel barrel and somehow hit them in their own hand. They were shaking, "X6 I- what,.. what do I do! I don't think these fingers are gonna make it. Shit I don't know if I'm gonna make it." X6 didn't respond. He was busy cleaning up what Sole missed. "X6 PLEASE." After finishing the job they left for him, he stood over them. "You'll be fine. The institute doctors can make you new ones." He said flatly.

If you haven't done it already, how would the fallout 3 guys act around a lone wanderer that he has caught feelings for and what is his initial reaction to realizing that he HAS caught feelings for the lone wanderer?
This specifically says guys but I'm doin' everyone lol
Butch: It started as really small things. The way Lone looked by the campfire light. Hearing their voice call his name. When they worried about him after a fight. All these things made him feel.. something. He was never quite sure what that feeling was. Until one day, Butch sat against a wall, catching his breath after a long day of walking. With no warning, Lone crouched in front of him, "dude your hair's all messed up." They started fixing his hair for him. The closeness made his heart lurch. He instinctively threw his head back, smacking it against the wall. "Holy shit are you okay??!" Lone worried. "Yeah I'm fine. Whatever." Butch held his head in his hands. Thankfully they couldn't see his beet red face.
Clover: Clover has always liked Lone, from the second they got her out of Eulogy's grip. Her affinity for them wasn't much of a secret either. She loved to hang on them, and flirt with them whenever she could. The longer they traveled together, the more she really started to care for them. The moment she knew she really liked Lone, was when they pointed to an old pre-war dress and told her it would look good on her. She doubled down on her physical touch and flirting, to the point that it started to get annoying.
Charon: Charon and Lone's relationship was complicated. They held onto his contract after all. He was bound to them whether he liked it or not. They were never unkind to him though, and he never took it for granted. On a routine visit to Underworld, Lone was busy in the general store. Charon, waiting outside, was asked by a resident how Lone was treating him. Thinking over his memories of them, he realized just how much they meant to him. With an imperceivable smile on his face, he replied simply, "they treat me well."
Dogmeat: idk why I keep adding the dogs at this point lol
Jericho: Being the cold, hardened old man that he was, Jericho didn't feel many girly emotions. (as he would put it) LIKING someone has been outside of his realm of possibilities for decades. He would never admit it, but he developed a soft spot for Lone. Going out of his way to make sure they stayed healthy. He'd often cuss them out for doing stupid things that could've gotten them hurt. It didn't seem like it, but it was how he showed he cared.
Fawkes: Fawkes would never call his feelings for Lone romantic, though he definitely cared for them. They saved him from his confines. They were possibly the only person willing to have a civil conversation with him. He often mentally cursed at himself for not being able to do much for them, other than protect them from harm. He didn't know how important that one thing was.
Star Paladin Cross: Cross has known Lone since they were an infant, sort of. Romance between them never crossed her mind, but she certainly loved them in a way. She was especially protective of them. Always sure to check if they were wounded after a fight. Always making sure they were eating and sleeping well. Though sometimes it was a little overbearing.
#this is tough bc I can't imagine half of these mfs being giddy abt MC lol#Hope ur not disappointed :')#fallout#fallout 3#fallout companions react#butch deloria#clover#charon#dogmeat#jericho#fawkes#star paladin cross

Could you please do NV companions react to courier dating yesman
Arcade: "Oho my god. You cannot be serious." Arcade had a comically large smile on his face. The Courier assured him they were serious about it, and did their best to explain all the good things about Yes-man. Arcade listened intently, as seriously as he could. At the end of their speech, he looked at Yes-man, and (he thinks) Yes-man looked at him. "You know what? Why not. Who am I to say this type of thing is impossible?"
Boone: The Courier was nervous to come out with the news, but knew they had to if they were going to keep traveling with Boone. "Great." Boone said dryly. "Can we get going?" As it turns out, he really didn't care all that much. As long as Yes-man didn't get in his way, it wasn't really any of his business.
Ed-E: 2 robots, 1 courier :)
Lily: Surprisingly, Lily took to Yes-man quite well. Maybe it's his high-spirited attitude that she likes so much. The Courier liked to listen to the conversations between the two. Very entertaining.
Raul: "Y'know boss? I've seen a lot in my time. This is something... new." Raul rested his hands on his hips and faced Yes-man. "I sure hope that's a good thing!" Yes-man replied happily. "I guess it's not... bad?" Raul questioned his own words. He shrugged. "I just hope I don't have to be the one to fix him when things go sideways."
Rex: Clunkly metal box is just around all the time now. That's fine.
Cass: "This is stupid." Cass said flatly. The Courier, clearly upset, couldn't get a word out before being interrupted. "I mean, look at his stupid face. Can you even stop smiling?" She asked Yes-man. "I cannot!" he said cheerfully. "Oh yeah. This is gonna go great."
Veronica: "You're dating.. a securitron.." Veronica asked without a question mark. The Courier gestured to Yes-man, "yeah look how cute he is!" Veronica clearly stifled a grimace with an awkward smile. "Can you come here for a sec?" She slung her arm around their shoulder and whispered, to make sure the robot couldn't hear. "Look. I know my way around mechanical things. Are you sure this is like... safe? Couldn't he go rampant and end up hurting you or something?" The Courier shrugged her off and dismissed her worries. More than anything, Veronica was just worried about them.
Vulpes: Vulpes took one look at Yes-man. "No."

.. would yes man get jealous of other bits of technology if the courier used it too often? Like, if Six found a pre-war phone and it worked somehow, and carried it around everywhere like we do now, would yes man get jealous? Pls pls pls give your thoughts and headcannons on this
Do not get Yes Man started on that damned pip-boy. What's the big draw? Yes Man can do way more things than it can, like talk.. and move.. and a ton of other things. Yet all the Courier does for hours a day is look at that pip-boy. The only time they don't wear it is when they bathe. During that brief moment of opportunity, Yes Man will hold the pip-boy up to his screen face, which isn't even where his sensors are. There's no visible action that he's doing, but probably some. electric. scanning thing. Something that definitely involves 1s and 0s.
Yes Man knows he can't actually feel jealousy, but he knows the definition of the word. His inexplicable actions seem like they would fit under the "jealousy" category. The Courier teaches him new things every day!

What would Gob be like as a companion?
Lone's friendship and trust definitely means the world to him so he'd fight to the death on their behalf. Would probably yell something kind of lame like, "LEAVE MY FRIEND ALONE!" when running into battle. Fights with more ferocity than you'd expect, he's got a lot of pent up stuff to get out.
Way too shy to start a conversation with Lone so he wouldn't say much for idle chat. Lone would have to talk to him first, before he'd really say anything. He definitely wouldn't question their choices. If he had any judgments, he'd keep it to himself. Even if asked, he'd agree with anything they'd say, force of habit.

Please write New Vegas companions react to the courier sitting in their lap :)
Arcade: Arcade sighed heavily. It's been yet another long day helping the followers. Feeling tired, he sat on the nearest bench he could find, and leaned his head back so he could look at the sky absentmindedly. With no warning, the Courier sat on his lap, making him jump from surprise. "W-what are you doing?!?!?! There are other places to sit???" The Courier just laughed and said this spot looked the most comfortable. Arcade adjusted his glasses, "I-uh- you.." He stuttered, clearly embarrassed. "Surely there's somewhere better for you to sit." The Courier laughed again and finally got up to sit next to him instead. Arcade couldn't think of anything to say, he rested his face in his hands to hopefully hide his red face. It didn't help much.
Boone: Boone had been keeping watch while the Courier relaxed. They watched him watch the horizon for any signs of danger. He looked bored. The Courier got up and called Boone, "Hey come sit, I'll take next watch." Boone got up without a word, listening to their command. He took a seat on their previously occupied chair. Without even bothering to go keep watch, the Courier immediately sat on his lap. They just wanted to see how he'd react. Blank. Nothing. "I thought you were going to keep watch." The Courier huffed and got up. With crossed arms, they went to do as they had promised. The Courier didn't know it because of his sunglasses, but Boone had a hard time looking them in the eye.
Ed-E: He has no lap with which to sit.
Lily: The Courier was clearly exhausted, and Lily could tell. Without thinking it through, Lily found the closest and sturdiest wall and leaned against it. She assumed a wall sit position, making the Courier confused. "Sit for a bit. I can't let my own grandchild be so tired." The Courier couldn't believe their eyes. There's no way they could sit on her lap while she's doing a WALL SIT, no one could handle all their weight while doing that. Or so they thought. The Courier noticed Lily's bulging thigh muscles. She is a nightkin after all, she's stronger than any normal human. The Courier shrugged and took a seat. Her lap was much more comfortable than expected.
Raul: The Courier and Raul had taken a trip to the NCR embassy to visit some captain for some kind of mission. Raul didn't really listen to the details so he didn't actually know the reason for their visit. The embassy was particularly busy this day, so they were told to wait for the captain to be available. The lobby was busy enough that there were almost no seats, save for one. Raul sat down without really thinking about it. The Courier awkwardly stood in front of him. "I'd offer you my seat, but I think elders get dibs." He chuckled. The Courier just smiled in response. Raul thought for a moment, probably they wanted to sit too, god only knows how long the NCR will take. "Hey boss," he gestured to his lap, "take a seat." The waved him off, surely he wasn't serious. "No really, come on." He patted his lap. The Courier hesitantly took a seat. The two stayed silent for a couple minutes. Raul interrupted the silence by tapping on their arm, "yeah I don't think my old bones can take this. Let's try switching spots" They got some stares from other embassy patrons, but neither of them really minded.
Rex: You literally cannot sit in a dog's lap.
Cass: Both Cass and the Courier had been complaining about how tired they were from walking. Almost to see who could one-up the other on how tired they were. They happened upon a building with a missing side, but at least it still had a roof. One chair occupied the corner of what looked like a kitchen. Cass used whatever energy she had left to run to the chair and take it for herself. "HA. I got here first." She smirked at them smugly. The Courier crossed their arms and looked at her annoyed. Just as Cass rested her arms by her sides to really relax her muscles, the Courier quickly took a seat on her lap. Cass shot them a dirty look. "Oh I'm sorry was this seat taken?" The Courier reflected her smirk from before. "Uh, yeah, I'd rather take the floor if you're gonna keep this up." Cass was too tired to put up much of a fight.
Veronica: Veronica and the Courier had stopped into the first bar they could find. They were both exhausted from walking for nearly the entire day. The bar was way more crowded than either had expected. Almost every seat was taken. Veronica spotted the singular vacant chair in the corner of the room and quickly claimed it as her own. The Courier stood next to her, leaning on the wall. She could tell just how tired they were and knew their feet must have been aching. "Hey," getting the Courier's attention, she patted her lap, to signal they should take a seat. "You sure?" The Courier asked, just to be sure she was okay with it. "I insist!" She looked at them with a smile. They took a seat and were instantly relieved. Veronica invited them to take a seat herself, but she didn't expect it to be so embarrassing. She blushed slightly, and couldn't look at them the entire time they were on her lap.
Vulpes: Having finally set up camp for the night, Vulpes's guard was down. As down as it could be anyway. Sitting on a log near the campfire, he closed his eyes to relax for just a moment. The Courier saw their chance and quickly made their move to spontaneously sit on his lap. Vulpes quickly opened his eyes at the sudden weight on his lap. He lifted his arms so as to not touch them, "Um.. Is there something I can help you with?" He didn't seem as amused as the Courier had hoped for. They quickly got off his lap, feeling a little embarrassed.

Random question, but what are your favorite kinds of asks to answer? Angst? Fluffy? Silly? etc. What about your three favorite tropes/cliches? (examples: 1. Friends/romantic partners being loyal and supportive of each other. 2. Characters letting themself be emotionally honest/vulnerable with others and with themself. 3. "Wait, $h¡t, I've fallen in love with this person; what the fu¢k do I do now?!")
I guess if I had to pick one I prefer, I’d go with fluff and funny stuff. I struggle a little bit with angst and nsfw content. but hey man I do it for the fans.
I don’t know that I have a favorite trope? I DO really like to write embarrassed/flustered characters getting teased. I also just generally like writing for more stoic characters. It’s the small stuff with those guys.

Do you write for characters like amata?
Yep! I can write any side characters and DLC companions. They just have to be specifically asked for in the request.

May I ask you to write New Vegas companions reactions to that the Courier slept with Benny and returned to them without a platinum chip? Thank you!
Arcade: The Courier told Arcade to wait on the first floor of The Tops while they “took care,” of Benny. He wasn’t entirely sure what that meant but it probably involved a lot of violence, which he was happy to not be a part of. He waited for what felt like entirely too long for this kind of thing. Soon enough the Courier sauntered back up to Arcade. “So did you get what you came for?” Arcade asked with his arms crossed. The courier looked at him a little vacantly, “I certainly got something.” Arcade finally noticed the state the Courier was in, almost completely untouched, save for their very messy hair. Arcade gasped quietly, “you didn’t...” The Courier nodded slowly. Arcade slapped his face with his palm and slowly lowered his hand with a loud sigh. He chewed them out for what seemed like an hour. How irresponsible!
Boone: When the Courier and Boone had finally confronted Benny in the Tops, it was a lot more talking than Boone expected. Eventually Benny invited the Courier to his room to, “talk things out.” The Courier begged Boone to accompany them but he shook his head. “No. This is a personal thing, you should deal with it on your own. I’ll wait here.” The Courier reluctantly went with Benny, and Boone waited patiently. Not ever engaging with anyone else in the casino. The Courier returned a mess. Their hair in disarray, and their armor lay slung over their arm. Boone didn’t even say anything, he just shook his head and looked at the ground.
Ed-E: beep boop good job(?)
Lily: The Courier and Benny’s big confrontation was a little more boring that Lily had hoped for, especially after the way the Courier talked about him. Eventually he had invited them to his room for whatever reason. Lily considered going with, but figured her large stature wasn’t suited for the small hotel room doors. The Courier told her to wait outside while they took care of business. Lily waited, careful to not scare other strip visitors. The Courier finally returned, and seemed a little out of it. “How’d it go with the bad guy?” Lily asked. The Courier just shrugged in response. Lily never questioned what went down.
Raul: The entire time the Courier was talking to Benny, Raul was silent. Sizing him up. The Courier suggest they take their talk to Benny’s room. Raul grabbed the Courier’s arm and whispered to them, “You sure about that boss? He’s got a lot of body guards.” The Courier was sure of their decision, and instructed Raul to stay on the ground floor. Raul shrugged, “your funeral.” During his wait for the Courier, he got a couple drinks, under the Courier’s name of course. Suddenly from behind, the Courier joined Raul at the bar. Before Raul could say anything, the Courier uttered, “I slept with him.” Raul blinked at them. “Did you at least get the-” “No.” Raul let out a husky laugh, and looked to the bartender, “get the one too.”
Rex: I don’t think he rly cares how they get the deed done.
Cass: Cass didn’t engage with Benny during his and the Courier’s conversation. She just stood next the Courier with her arms crossed, glaring at him straight in the eye. Benny, clearly uncomfortable, invited the Courier to his room. The Courier looked to Cass, she gestured with her head, “go on.” She was unexpectedly quiet about this. The Courier left with Benny, and Cass decided to throw down at some tables. She was in a casino after all. When the Courier joined her, she didn’t even look at them. “You fucked ‘em didn’t you.” The Courier had no idea how she knew, and she wouldn’t tell them how either. “Listen, that’s your business. Did you at least get the chip?” She leaned on the table with one elbow and looked at them. They shook their head slowly. Cass sighed loudly and hung her head. “Okay what’s his room number.” She started walking to the elevators.
Veronica: Veronica didn’t make a peep while the Courier and Benny talked, but her face did all the talking for her. Her face twisted in disgust almost every time he opened his mouth. It doesn’t take a scientist to know this guy’s bad news. Benny coolly invited the Courier to his room, to which they agreed to. Veronica’s voice cracked, “wait REAlly?” She cleared her throat. The Courier assured her they knew what they were doing. Veronica had no chance in changing their mind. They started walking away, “I’ll stay here... I guess..” she trailed off. Veronica spent the entire time waiting, leaning against the wall in the corner of the room. Watching casino patrons was fascinating in a way. Totally different breed of people. The Courier returned looking a mess. Veronica jumped up at their presence, “how’d it go!” she asked optimistically. The Courier explained they ended up sleeping with him, and didn’t even get the chip. Veronica was so stunned, she stood with her fingers on her temples. Her mind was absolutely blown. “Hhhhhhhhow????? and with... THAT GUY?!” she shouted accidentally.
Vulpes: Vulpes stood behind the Courier, his hands behind his back, as they chatted with Benny. Vulpes’s presence was enough to off put Benny, and he quickly invited the Courier to his room for a more private chat. The Courier looked at Vulpes, “I’ll be outside.” He couldn’t stand the smell of the casino. It took longer than he expected, but the Courier rejoined Vulpes and remained silent. “So? What happened?” He expected a full report. The Courier knew they couldn’t hide anything from him, so they laid the whole thing out. They were visibly embarrassed. Vulpes remained silent until the end of their spiel. He put the tips of his fingers together. “Can you say that again?” The Courier had literally never seen Vulpes shocked before.

Can you do a react for fallout 3 companions {Or all the more the merrier} of Lone returning after a long time being badly injured!! I love your blog chief!
I once again emerge from the shadows to do a single react. see u again in like 3 months lol (also I only do one game’s companions per post sorry!) I think I may have misread this. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Butch: Butch liked Rivet City as much as the next degenerate, but it never felt like home. After months of traveling together, Lone asked him to go back to Rivet City. Before he could ask why, Lone had already taken off. Defeated, Butch moseyed on back to Rivet City, as he was instructed. Every day on the big boat was the same, and it was torture for Butch. He missed the adventures with Lone more than he would ever admit. During his daily visit to the Muddy Rudder, Butch could not look more bored. He sat at the bar, twisting his switch blade between the table and his hand. Hearing the door to the room creak and squeal open, he instinctively looked up to it, expecting to see another regular. It was Lone! Looking down at him they smiled, “yo!” Butch immediately got up, “Where. The. Hell. Have. You. Be-” He said with each step, but was cut off by Lone almost falling down the stairs. He quickly scuttled up the stairs to them. “Jesus Christ stop, stop. Take my hand, idiot.” He helped them up, and started leading them to the doctor. Despite his bad attitude, he was very gentle with Lone. “You don’t have to tell me right now, but if you don’t tell me what happened, you’ll end up worse than you are right now.” Lone swallowed and looked at him. He wasn’t aware of it, but he was smiling a little.
Clover: Lone dismissed Clover, telling her they needed time to themselves. “Oh please.” She was annoyed, and a little hurt. Without so much as a goodbye, Lone left her in the wastes. Having nowhere to go, she headed back to Paradise Falls. Being there made her miserable, especially after the sweet freedom of traveling with Lone. Every day that passed felt like an eternity. She lost track of time. Laying on the floor in Eulogy’s pad, she was left all alone. Tracing her fingers in the dirt on the floor, she sighed, effectively blowing all the dirt and dust away. “Clover?” A faint voice called. She sat up. Maybe she was hearing things? “Cloverrr!” There it was again! Clover got so excited, she started running at the same time she was getting off the floor, falling forward on her face. It didn’t stop her though, she was out the door in seconds. Having spotted Lone, her face lit up. “Lover!!” She yelled and ran to them. Before Lone could look in her direction, Clover pounced on them. Holding them in a tight embrace, she quietly said, “don’t leave me again.” After her minute long hug, she let them go with a huge smile on her face. Blood was flowing down over her mouth. She got a bloody nose from falling on her face. Lone had a pained look on their face. Clover couldn’t tell if it was because of her or.... or the blood all over their arm! “Good god what happened! Don’t answer that. Come inside let me take care of you real good.”
Charon: Whenever Lone asks Charon to wait, well, anywhere, he gets antsy. This time especially. Lone asked Charon to wait in Underworld for awhile. He didn’t ask any questions, but now he wish he had. He hadn’t kept track of how long he had been there, but it was way too long. Charon was pacing outside of the Underworld exhibit. Something he had been doing for the past 3 days. Hearing the doors to the museum creak loudly, he perked up. Squinting his eyes to see if it was who he was waiting for. “Charon? What are you doing out here?” It was Lone! He couldn’t see them clearly, but it was their voice for sure. He briskly walked across the room and straight up to them. They hadn’t even taken 2 steps from the door. He inhaled, but seemingly changed his mind and kept his mouth shut. “Um-” Lone was cut off but Charon’s harsh voice. “Where have you been.” He sounded like an angry dad. “Nowhere. Don’t worry about it.” Lone tried to take a step around him, but started to fall over. Charon caught them with ease. “Look at you.” Lone couldn’t tell if that was accusatory or pity. Either way, Charon moved Lone’s arm around his shoulder. He picked up most of their weight, and took them straight to Underworld’s doctor. He never did ask any questions though.
Dogmeat: :0 who did this!
Jericho: It had been maybe a month, though it felt like years. Lone left Jericho in Megaton to attend to some “business.” Whatever that means. It didn’t take Jericho long to fall back into the Megaton rhythm. Get up. Go to Moriarty’s. Go home. On one very sunny afternoon, Jericho was once again resting his head on the bar counter. Gob had long since stopped asking him to get up. The door swung open and hit the wall with a loud bang, startling everyone in the room. Jericho shot up and rubbed his eyes. “It is TOO GODDAMN EARLY FOR THIS.” “Jericho it’s 4 pm.” A familiar voice from behind caused him to spin around on the bar stool. Sure enough, it was Lone. Leaning against the door frame, they gave him a sheepish smile. “Where the fuck have you been?” Lone shrugged off his question, and slowly hobbled over to him. Jericho got off the stool, “what the hell happened to you?” Lone started to explain, but before they could finish, Jericho punched their shoulder. “You dumbass.” Without asking, he swung Lone’s arm over his shoulder. He quietly muttered, “you coulda asked me for help.”
Fawkes: Lone brought Fawkes to Underworld, and asked him to wait there for awhile. An unspecified amount of time, he noted. He asked for what reason they were leaving him, and they pretty much dodged the question. “Then I shall wait.” It didn’t take much convincing. Fawkes never actually entered Underworld, he didn’t want to scare the residents. He kept to himself, and the ghouls never bothered him. Having spent an eternity in a single room in a vault, he was accustomed to waiting. He kept himself busy by... well, by talking to himself mostly. Underworld visitors gave him dirty looks, but he didn’t mind much. After quite some time, Lone finally returned. In shambles. Their clothes were torn in places, covered in blood, limping. Without a greeting, Fawkes quickly ran to them and swept them off their feet. Literally. “Fawkes, I’m so sorry its been so long..” they trailed off. “2 months and 5 days.” Fawkes replied. His exact calculation made Lone almost embarrassed. Fawkes didn’t think twice about kicking the door to Underworld down, Lone in his arms. He almost started a riot in the place, but the sight of Lone made all the residents stand down.
Star Paladin Cross: On a routine visit to the Citadel, Lone asked Cross to stay there while they visited somewhere. She didn’t quite catch where. She agreed without a second thought, and wished them well on their journey. Cross hadn’t even realized how much time had passed, as there was always work to be done within the Citadel’s walls. During some down time, Sarah had asked where Lone was. Cross inhaled, but stopped herself. “I don’t quite know. Now that I think about it, it’s been months!” Sarah gave her a look that said, “yikes,” and sipped on some coffee. Cross wouldn’t have it. She stormed out of the room, and decided right then and there she would go look for Lone. In the middle of the courtyard, she stopped. She didn’t even know where they had gone off to! Amazingly, the doors to the Citadel slowly crept open. Lone’s head poked in. “What the..” Cross said squinting her eyes. Lone entered, and waved at her. She started at them with a warm smile. The closer she got, the more she could see how unwell they were. Each step becoming faster. Lone was teetering, and thankfully fell into Cross’s arms. “Cross, I-” Lone was cut off. “Shush. You can tell me all of your journey later. Let’s get you to a bed for now, hm?”

Fawkes and Charon react to Lone breaking down crying after being kicked out of Vault 101 after “Trouble on the Homefront”
Charon: Lone never really opened up to Charon about the vault they grew up in, and he never asked. Even if he did have questions. When Lone heard the stray frequency from the vault, Charon could practically see their heart fall out of their chest. They took off towards the vault entrance, and he followed without a word. The situation inside was a mess, to be sure, but Charon stayed silent for the most part. Quietly listening to the inhabitants pleas and accusations. Once again Lone had worked their magic, and solved their problems, through any means necessary. Even after all their work, they were still pushed away, out the door and into the wastes. Again. Lone quietly accepted their fate, and left without putting up much of a fight. Once outside, they stopped on the scenic ridge overlooking Springvale. They stood together in silence for a few minutes. Just as Charon inhaled, about to ask if they were alright, Lone suddenly burst into tears. Wailing and screaming out, collapsed on the ground. Charon, startled, wasn’t sure how to handle the situation. He’d never seen them like this. He let them sob on their own. After they had quieted down a little, he approached cautiously. Resting a hand on their shoulder, he searched for the right words. Before he could find them, Lone leaned into his touch, resting their cheek against his arm. Maybe there weren’t any correct words for this. Simply being there was enough.
Fawkes: Fawkes wasn’t shy about his curiosity in Lone’s upbringing. Being a fellow vault dweller, it fascinated him. Even if he didn’t remember much before mutating. Lone always gave vague answers when Fawkes questioned them about 101. Frustrated, he eventually stopped asking altogether. He made a bit of a scene of it though. When Lone tuned into the vault’s frequency to listen to Amata’s call for them, they didn’t hesitate a second. Fawkes was a little excited to finally see 101 for himself, and he made his excitement known. Lone didn’t acknowledge it. Upon entering the vault, Lone had a gun pulled on them. Fawkes was ready to practically rip this guy’s head off right then, if Lone hadn’t stopped him. They had to tell Fawkes to calm down, none of the 101 residents had ever seen a super mutant before. With this in mind, Fawkes remained relatively docile. He made his opinion on the different conversations known with various grunts and huffs. Despite all the effort Lone put into helping the dwellers, they were still told to get out. Feeling defeated, they left quietly. Fawkes thought it was little weird, but didn’t question it. When they were outside of the vault, Fawkes stretched. Vaults are cramped. “Where to next?” He asked. Hearing only silence, Fawkes turned around to find Lone with tears streaming down their cheeks. Their silent sob quickly escalated to howls of sorrow. Fawkes did nothing to stop it, but just waited it out with them. When they had finally finished, left a sniffling mess, Fawkes tried to offer some words of comfort. Something about how neither of them have a home to return to and they could find a new one together. He had tripped over his words a little, which made Lone laugh.

Do you think yes man is capable of having romantic feelings for someone ?
Personally, no, which is why I have such a hard time writing him in such a way.
#I imagine him to have pretty basic programming (comparatively)#so I don't think he could ever particularly like someone#totally fine if u think he can tho!
