I think a big part of the reason why I let myself go so much is bc I went through really bad depression, so it was just getting myself to survive on whatever I could. The boy I was ⭐️ving for had used me and left me and so I let it all go. Now I realize how important it was to stay on it. I’ve been fat, and skinny and now I’m fat again, and it’s true that nothing tastes as good as skinny feels. I thought it only mattered to eat grass fed butter and milk, and humane meat, but now im remebering it was never about that, it was about how much fat is in all of that! fat from hemp and chia and flax us different than fat from pork and chicken! and the calorie diff is CRAZY!!!! I just have to find the energy to do the work

I go to the gym often and I eat pretty clean, but I’ve gained so much, because I’ve been so inconsistent, so I need to lock in and start ⭐️ving and doing consistent excercise! That’s how went from 235 to 145. Lots of smoothies as meal replacements for brekkie and lunch, small dinners (usually just a veggie burger with sweet potato, but I think to cut back on the carbs I’ll just do steamed veggies instead), and everyday!!!!!! To do mat calisthenics. I’ll start posting my workouts so I can keep track of them aaand hopefully we can get it right again girls!

One thing I loooove about restricting is that I start craving less unhealthy and fatty/oily foods and start intensely craving vegetables, fruits and healthy fats naturally… and as a student, the process of needing less food to get full is financially so good as well like yayyy love that 4 me
