As I’ve gotten older I really value people who can communicate. There’s so much in life that goes on, so many different thought processes & things can get so misconstrued that communication can fix in a matter of seconds. We’ve got to learn to speak up: voice what you want, what you need, voice what’s bothering you. No need can get met & no solutions can be made if we are not communicating effectively & openly.
