Music I ❤️
I. Love. Music. I'm constantly listening to it, more so now because I got some sweet Beats for Christmas! There's some artists/ songs that I absolutely love and always listen to.
1. Taylor Swift. Oh my lord I love her. I've been kinda obsessed with her since I was like four. It's been eleven years. Go ahead, call me crazy. I saw her live at her Speak Now world tour and she was absolutely amazing. Beautiful voice. She doesn't need auto tune! My girl TSwift is always at the top of my list.
•Don't Blame Me- Reputation
•I Did Something Bad- Reputation
•All Too Well- Red
•Enchanted-Speak Now
2. Ed Sheeran. This man. Has an amazing voice. I love his music so much. There is so much talent in this man and you can't really find that very much these days.
•Kiss Me- +
•Firefly- +
•Perfect- divide
•Sing- X
•Don't- X
(ed basically invented math.)
3. Macklemore. I used to hate rap. Now, the thing that I love about Macklemore is that he's all over the board. He's got a little of everything: rap, hip-hop, pop, etc. He can satisfy any of your musical needs.
•Growing Up (ft. Ed Sheeran)- This Unruly Mess I've Made
•Glorious (ft. Skylar Grey)- Gemini
•Good Old Days (ft. Ke$ha)- Gemini
•Corner Store (ft. Dave B. & Travis Scott)- Gemini
4. BEYONCÈ. I. Love. Beyoncè. Lemonade is so freaking amazing. As soon as I listened to it I was like this is freaking great. Beyoncè's music should be the feminist's anthem. It's great.
•Formation- Lemonade
•Family Fued (Jay-Z ft. Beyoncè)- 4:44
•Pretty Hurts- Beyoncè
•7/11- Beyoncè
5. Fall Out Boy. Patrick Stump's voice is like an angel. There. I said it. Patrick Stump has the voice of angel. Yes, FOB is an older band but I love them. I also saw them 2 years ago at Allegan County Fair and they were so good. So there's that.
•My Songs Know What You Did In The Dark (Light Em Up)-Save Rock & Roll
•What A Catch, Donnie- Folie À Deux
•Art Of Keeping Up Disappearances- Pax Am Days
The Kids Aren't Alright-American Beauty/American Psycho
Additional songs:
•This Is Gospel (piano version)- Panic At The Disco
Additional music:
•Feeling Good-Michael Bublè
•Rise Up-Andra Day
•New Americana-Halsey
•Bad At Love-Halsey
•Lane Boy- Twenty Øne Pilots
•Perfect Illusion-Lady Gaga
•Joanne-Lady Gaga
•Sinner's Prayer-Lady Gaga
•Ankle Biters-Paramore
•VCR-The XX
•Flightless Bird, American Mouth- Iron & Wine
•Believe-Mumford and Sons
•Integrity Blues (album)-Jimmy Eat World

Post-Christmas detox
So Christmas just ended (along with other holidays) and you got clothes. Question is: where do you put them? Your closet, if it's anything like me, is filled to the brim & stuffed with clothes from shopping's past. There's probably plenty of clothes in there that you forgot you had. Am I right or am I right. It's probably time to "detox" your wardrobe. Rid yourself of anything you haven't touched in a few months, or clothes that maybe don't fit anymore to make room for your brand new clothes. I just did this today and it feels GLORRIIIOOUUSSS *cue Macklemore.* I got rid of clothes I haven't worn in awhile, things that aren't really my style anymore, things that don't fit anymore, etc. I colour-coded, sorted, and folded all my clothes. Now they're all sitting pretty in my newly decluttered closet space.
Now, there are a few things I must say are a necessity and you must keep. Unless, of course, they're way too small or too big.
1. A pair of black "work" pants. You know, the nice pants you see people like lawyers wearing. You need to keep these in case something important arises and you have no time to go out and buy nice clothes. You can pair it with anything really. They're great.
2. A LBD (little black dress). Just any black dress actually. One that isn't fancy, more casual than anything, but can be dressed up at any time. Maybe you've got a date and you're not sure if you should dress up or dress down. It's a perfect dress for any occasion.
3. SWEATSHIRTS. my god I. Love. Sweatshirts. I have so many. Sweatshirts can be worn at any time of the year, thus the reason I love them. Also because you can buy a cute sweatshirt and be comfy and look cute without looking frumpy or grungy.
4. Joggers. Joggers are great because, like sweatshirts, they can actually look really cute. You can go from lounging around the house to running errands or going on a date in a matter of minutes.
5. Yoga pants. Yoga pants are self explanatory really. You can go from the gym to a party in 5 minutes. If we all had a fairy godmother I believe we would have a fairy godmother that gives us yoga pants to wear everyday. I recommend getting them from Aerie, they're having a great sale at the moment. 😉
6. A cardigan (or twenty). Cardigans go with everything and you can dress them up or down depending on the occasion. I have millions. Believe me when I say: cardigans are your best friend.
Hope this helps! Happy holidays ladies and gents.
