IT’S HAPPENING!

So the rumours have been flying around since yesterday. Is Balloon Party 4 cancelled? Is this going to actually be a Steven Universe fandom album? Is the new theme actually vaporwave? Well, no, it’s none of those things. Not really.

I’m sure you’re all hard at work with your submissions for Equine Morality: The Clean Sweep. That’s fantastic if you are, but we think there’s something you should know

This is no longer Balloon Party 4.

We have only recently launched the project, and with only two and a bit months to the deadline, we feel that that’s nowhere near enough time for you guys to make your tracks, get all the feedback you need and submit your absolute best. However, the deadline for Equine Morality: The Clean Sweep is not moving.

From now on, we’re downgrading the project, it will still go ahead as planned, but it is no longer the official Balloon Party 4. So what does that mean for the next instalment?

The new Balloon Party 4 will be led by our newest team members, Lavender Harmony and Silva Hound.

Let me stop you right there: Kyoga never owned Balloon Party. Circuitfry gave it directly to me. And at first, it wasn't even intended to do a Worlds parody but in the end it fitted the best. So that's that ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
