dandy's world stuff bc i like thinking of lore!! ^.^

ok so!! with the twisteds, they seem to honestly be in a LOT of pain. mainly Glisten. when you encounter twisted Glisten, he's upset and clearly in pain. The lines "I-I can't take it anymore!" and "It hurts...!" shows (imo) that he's in a bunch of pain, and the ichor taking over him fully is causing him a lot more pain.

With other toons, ive noticed that when they attack, some of them will stumble and then shake their head. They then pause, as if they've regained some of theirselves again for just a moment and are processing what they've done.

Boxten stumbles after he attacks, same as Glisten. And a few others too, but I can't remember at the moment since I'm a bit tired lol

ANOTHER THEORY!!!

So the ichor causes toons pain as I've sorta established. I think that the twisteds act like Shin Godzilla in a way. Shin can be shown unintentionally attacking humans, and trying to avoid them. And if you've watched the movie, or hopefully know the lore, you'd know that Shin evolves a LOT. He started out as about the size of Rodan or Mothra (height wise) and grew to about the size of Ghidora or Shimo's height by the middle of the movie. And that would cause a LOT of pain.

To where this has to do with the twisteds, I think that the twisteds are sort of the same. They want help, like Glisten is shown actively looking for help and trying to resist the ichor. But then becomes overcome with the pain when you leave him. Twisteds may be trying to seek out help but unintentionally hurt others while trying. That's why they chase you and sort of snap out of it for a few seconds after attacking. They still are themselves deep down, but the ichor has taken over most of them :(

Uhh that's all I guess!! I know that some of this may not make sense and I don't know much of the lore, but this is my take on stuff I guess :3 I like making little theories about stuff

i wish that luz x amity didn't seem forced. like imo, it genuinely does. in season 1, they just seem like rivals, and then season 2, they like immediately fall in love. i get that they changed and are older and stuff but it seems like WAY too forced.

plus with all the lgbtq+ rep in season 3 just seemed really forced and like- over the top??

I don't have any issues with lgbtq+ rep but i just hate when it seems too forced. like with arcane, it's not like RIGHT IN YOUR FACE. it just goes naturally, like with vi calling catlin cupcake, since it's just pretty silly and cute. it's also just not as cringe as how toh did the rep.

anyways, this is all my opinion and my view on this stuff.
