Yeah you're right. It WOULD be pretty fucked up if you were a swan but you were raised by ducks and you grew up never seeing another swan or even knowing that such a thing as a swan even existed so you just thought you were a duck with something super wrong with it.

feels very weird tbh seeing so many people having negative reactions to the shrek 5 teasers art style and then meanwhile im off to the side thinking it looks fine

jarring, sure, but not BAD. donkey and pinnochio could be improved a little but like. still.

this isnt to say im excited for the movie though, im still worried about how the writing will be handled. i just personally feel like theres a lot of overreaction to the art style shift

extremely good post, fun analysis on the games characters

starlo is very much imo in a similar boat to mettaton neo: a merciless fight is fun to imagine, but them lacking a fight is a Lot more narratively and thematically appropriate (even important) considering their pacifist storylines, and a lot of the community tends to overlook that aspect of them simply because theres no fight, which is a huge shame cuz theyre fun characters and stories

There was a video on UTY and the flaws of Vengence and while a lot of it I disagree with, especially with how most of it was comparing UTY to UT despite UTY doing it's own thing, and granted they do have some points that I agree with, the one that irked me was that Martlet shouldn't be the final boss and that it should be Starlo, so I uhh.. wrote several paragraphs why she works as the final boss.
