The quieter I am on social media usually the busier I am in the kitchen. Got a k of this lovely stuff Monday already ground, steeped, cooked cooled and churned half of it. The time line goes, roasted on Friday, delivered on Saturday (blimey that’s quick thanks @mug_run ) picked up from the delivery office Monday, ground stepped (Monday-Wednesday) cooked Wednesday, cooled till Thursday then churned and frozen. Less than a week roast to frozen, now that’s fresh! If only they hadn’t spent the weekend chilling st the sorting office. Notes of black cherry, orange and butterscotch-sounds like icecream already!
