What was the original thought that led to the creation of this character?

I was very inspired by other OCs who were family of Kyoya, including Tyra :) I wanted in on the fun, so Shizuko spawned into existence

9. How big is their role in the story? Do they make a frequent appearance or are they a character with little "screentime" but big influence? Or are they just a favourite background guy?

In my personal AU Shizuko has a very big supporting role! He isn't technically a main character, but has a pretty big arc of his own. He becomes a regular of the supporting cast in all 3 seasons!

10. What is their main character arc in the story? Where do they start and how do they develop? Do they get a happy ending or is their story a tragic one?

Shizuko's story deals with themes of family bonds, forgiveness, and healing. His story starts by revolving around his conflict with Kyoya, then evolves into grappling with her own self hatred and doubt. Shizuko learns to listen to her own feelings and in turn becomes valuable support to others struggling with similar things. He has a happy ending to his arc, ending up with a partner and daughter in Zero G :)

13. Do you have a voice claim for the character? What do you imagine the character sounds like?

I don't actually have a specific one for Shizuko yet! Or if I mentioned one then I don't remember what it is lol. I imagine her to sound pretty androgynous overall though, I'm not quite sure how to describe it.

17. Are there any motifs or symbols associated with the character? How are they represented, in their design, personality or in some other way?

FIRE OFC!! Fire is Shizuko's main element! It's shown in his bey, Flame Panther, plus he has a flame design on his shirt :) also within his personality, being very passionate and headstrong! Shizuko also has a lot of musical inspiration, I love imagining her with electric guitars and neon stadium lights!
