A Small Request

Hello everyone! I hope everyone is having a good day whenever you happen to read this.

I don't normally post things like this on here, but I've been very tight on money lately and I've been trying to push my side gigs out a bit more to help with bills coming up and groceries, and I felt like maybe I could give it a try to get the word out to this community as well.

If anyone finds themselves interested in helping out - here are some services that I offer:

- I'm a proofreader and love giving writing advice and ideas. I've helped proofread college papers before and personal stories, and overall am willing to give anything a look-see! I'm willing to negotiate prices and my hours are flexible - so I'd totally be up for being a long-term proofreader that you could turn to if needed.

- I also do tarot and oracle readings! I have an etsy shop for this in particular, and would be happy to do a reading for you if you're interested in that kind of thing. If you don't see a reading that interests you in my shop, I'm also willing to accommodate and do a more custom reading for you outside of those listings as well! I'm currently stuck in theories and ideas of how we as an audience fit in this story and... some of those whispers such as "we can't be here", "no, we have to leave", "not again", "no, we have to leave, we have to get out", and then following that all up with "stay".

Idk... this sounds like some sort of argument and struggle to me. Is it possible that some of the whispers are "us" in some sense and we're trying to stop our actions? And the "stay" is Anti? Maybe we initially were trying to help, but started to feel him coming? 👀 It's just interesting how there's always a "we" there and we would be a "we" since there's a multiple of us.

Just throwing out ideas at this point. I could be wrong because it sounds like it's possible that these were all Chase's inner thoughts too.

ok gamers, ive rewatched Anomaly Found with my volume maxed to try and pick up on what's being said in the whispering/any interesting audio things. Here's what I found:

10:47 "We can't be here" 10:50 "No, we have to leave." 10:57 ???? 11:05 "Chase" repeated several times over 11:07 "This is what they want"/"Is this what you want" This was hard to make out but I had to take a second after hearing it cause FUCK man 11:09 ??? I can't make it out over chase having a breakdown 12:48 Sounds like a woman crying? 14:46 "You are nothing"/"Not again" This could be words but it also could be that ethereal sort of sound we get from Echo, im not sure 19:15 Anti giggling 19:58 "No, we have to leave. We can't be here, we have to get out." 20:02 "Stay" layered over and over, i think 20:07 "No" said after "I'm sorry Mr. Brody, we have to take you somewhere more secure." 20:09 "We have to ???" I assume its "we have to get out" again 20:26 Either really creepy laughing or panting 20:52 "Is this what you want?" 😭 20:58 Anti giggling 21:01 Theres a lot of phrases whispered here but i can't make them out. I think i might hear "You must want this" a couple times but again, I cant be sure.

All in all, I find it interesting that some of the whispering is chase's own words before he even says it. What is the narrative implication here? Idk man you figure it out, I just listen to audio

Jse Theory/Ramble

Bruh, I'll probably have a more in depth theory in the future for the new video: Anomaly Detected - Chase Brody - but I currently don't have the time to right at this moment and I wanted to get this out there before I forgot about it.

But at some point it's mentioned during the interview about a village being affected and a stone tablet of some sort...

What if we the audience represent that village? What if whatever happened caused us to be attached to this entity we know as Anti and we were basically cursed to watch him cause all this havoc because we got too curious and activated the stone tablet without really knowing what it was?

That could explain the initial excitement there. The excitement of something new and wanting to learn more about what this is. And Anti ate up that excitement. He still does and wants to show us everything he does.

Maybe the tablet appeared one day in our village due to a spell gone wrong by certain magician? Maybe we do regret messing with the tablet sometimes and feel bad for the other egos and have moments where we really want to help, but we've been co-existing with Anti in some sense for so long that whatever powers that tablet has kind of takes hold once in a while and limits our actions or maybe renews our curiosity and excitement again. Maybe it's gotten to the point where his excitement and delight kinda bleeds in to our emotions because of being around him for this long period of time. Almost like a symbiotic relationship/connection in a way that wasn't intended, but now we're kind of stuck in it. It would definitely make sense to me why a large amount of people would be caught in this loop.

It could be possible that we were trying to hack in to learn more about the tablet or something related, maybe even trying to under Anti's nose, but just like we watch him, he watches us - and he just took it as an opportunity to 'hack' in with us. It could even be possible that we were working with him without really knowing too - especially if we're thinking the route of his thoughts and emotions are kind of mingling with ours.

But that's just my thoughts and rambles currently at the moment.

A Small Story Blurb

This is based off one of the scenes in part two of ISWM, so please read with caution, because I don't want anyone to get spoiled! Put the "keep reading" up just as a pre caution. Hope you enjoy!

It was the angriest you've heard him.

As soon as you tossed the crystal away, he went off on you, but you took it in silence, letting him get all off his chest. Evil? Stupid? Maybe you were at this point - it was hard to tell anymore. As soon as he hurled those insults out at you, though, he froze for a moment and you could see the realization slowly appearing on his face as he began to understood why you had held him back.

"I'm--Captain, I'm tired..."

Your hand instinctively went to his shoulder as he collapsed to the floor. You could feel your heart aching with him at those words.

"I don't know when the last time I slept was... I dont know if I've slept at all."

He turned to look at you.

"Have you?"

You felt your lips twitch. You were crouched down to his level now. You imagine if you could feel the room around you, the coldness of the floor would be seeping through your pants and against your knees. "I can't remember what sleeping is like." You whisper back gently. And it's the truth. When was the last time you've truly slept? The Cryopod? One of the times you've gotten knocked out? The reboot? During the heist? You shake your head. For a the barest of moments, through all your fractured memories, the image of a broken mirror swims in your vision and is gone just as quickly. No. You haven't slept. You can never sleep.

Almost as if he could read your expression, Mark's smiles a bit himself.

"I'm really sorry, Captain..."

Just want to say a quick sorry for those who follow me for JSE content, I may be posting more Markiplier stuff between now and May due to the release of In Space With Markiplier. 😅 I promise I'll still post JSE things too.

Markiplier Theory Fun

This has spoilers for ISWM, so if you'd prefer not to read spoilers for it, then it might be a good idea to scroll away. It'll also have mentionings of WKM and AHWM.

Anyway, this is just my personal headcanon and theory, and just me honestly rambling, but ever since the events of WKM, I feel like the Y/N is essentially an entity/soul. That's why they come off as "otherworldly", beautiful/or handsome and the reason why people can't comprehend them. They're literally a being without a body (cause they got thrown out of theirs), so the way they appear to others is different. I also feel like them being some sort of entity/soul ties into why we see cracked screens/glass around them too. Such as recently the Captain's space helmet in ISWM being cracked. It's hard for things to contain pure entities/souls. Bodies are the best at containing those, so the cracks could be symbolizing that fact.

I also feel like throughout this whole time Y/N has been desperately searching for their body. It's something they're naturally attracted to and drawn to. That's why whenever there's a mention of Dark, Y/N is compelled to check it out. They can't help it. They have to explore further. Their desire to have their body back and to confront the ones who stole it is too strong.

So they play Mark's games cause otherwise they would be sitting behind a mirror probably going crazy. Doing something is better than nothing. But since they're basically just a soul out of body, they don't care about what they go through. The drones shot at them? They just dust themselves off. They jump to "fix it on the outside" or into a portal without hesitation. It just feels like they know nothing can really touch them at this point, so they just roll with it. I kind of got that vibe from AHWM too.

And when Y/N does clash with Dark, I feel like they're actually one of the main causes behind why he becomes so glitched out and over the place, because the body is reacting to the third soul - the soul it belongs to. So he can't stick around Y/N for too long, otherwise the body will try to merge back. Hence why that screen of multiple panels pops up during the end of encounters and gives the sensation of Y/N being pushed back and away.

I do think that Dark is already unstable cause of hosting two souls already (Damien & Celine), but the presence of Y/N's soul puts everything out of whack - because a body will always want its true soul. So at the same time, Dark can't completely avoid and stay away from Y/N either because of that. That's why there's moments where it seems like Dark is directly trying to entice Y/N to come seek him out - cause he too can't help it. The body wants the soul. It would make sense, because why else would he lure something in that causes him to be unstable? He seems exasperated with Y/N, but at the same time drawn to them. Almost like there's conflicted feelings there - like he knows they're the source of the instability but at the same time he couldn't help himself. Just like Y/N. He seems aware that they're caught in a loop as well.

Plus Y/N (assuming that they are the DA) was a friend of Damien, so I feel like the emotions there are still present on top of it all.

With that all in mind, I feel like Y/N is caught in never ending loop. They can't reclaim their body, so "Mark" has taken advantage of that by making them the main character of different scenarios.

So when it comes down to it all, is it truly Y/N's fault? What's Mark's end game for this? To damper their resolve to reclaim their body? I guess that would make sense because I imagine if they do that, they'd be able to escape the loop. It would also make sense as to why it seems like things are triggered by Mark and implied that he was behind stuff - cause he knows Y/N is always searching for a way out.

That's just my overall take. I know that there's probably holes somewhere in there. I don't dive very deeply into Markiplier lore, but in my own personal universe, that's kind of what I see going on. 👀
