The art of makeup
Makeup. Are you old enough to wear it? Who are you trying to impress by wearing it ? Are you insecure about who you are because you wear it? You are pretty already you don't need makeup! These are some of the things a lot of young people who wear makeup get from older people. And I'm here to give an “"explication” to why you dont need am explanation to wear makeup. Doesn't make sense, right? Wrong! Just keep reading. Trust me you'll change your whole perspective on young people wearing makeup.
There is a lot of controversy in the world weather it is right for young girls and boys to wear makeup. But in my opinion it doesn't matter how old you are makeup is an art it takes time and effort. Just like any other art weather it be on a canvace literally or metaphorically (your face). However, not everyone sees it that way. Do not get me wrong throwing on a bit of mascara, foundation and lipgloss you can't just turn around its “art” anyone can say that. You have to be passionate about it.
Now another thing that really bothers me is when there is a makeup policy in schools. Especially school with uniform. When you have uniform you look the same as everyone else there is no way to express individuality with school uniform. Don't take it the wrong way I actually really like school uniform. However, I also strongly believe in individuality and makeup is one of the things that let a person stand out from the crowd and share their art work with the world but when they get to school and get told to take it of not only does that remove their individuality it also knocks the child's confidence. For example it's like saying to an artist rub out your entire piece of art and never show anyoneit. Ok maybe a little dramatic but that's how's it feels. I don't see how an adult gets the right to say what us students applie and wear on our face I completely understand when it comes to behaving in school but I don't see how makeup is distracting anyone from their work and school studies.
A person who really inspire me is Talia Castellano also known as Taliajoy18. She was a 14 year old makeup artist battling Progressive Neuroblastoma cancer. She was an amazing makeup artist and had great technique. She was also featured on the American Tv show The Ellen Show for her great skill and she became very famous for her amazing skill. In my eyes she showed the world it doesn't matter how old you are. Makeup is an art, your face is your canvace and your makeup is your paint. Unfortunately Talia lost her battle to cancer on the 16th July 2013. She would have just turned 18 if she was still with us today. However, despite her passing she still inspires many young makeup artists to this day to be themselfs and if being them selfs is expressed through makeup then they should just go for it.
She also never liked wearing wigs and said a very inpirational quote “"makeup is my wig” these four little words have a very big meaning. It is represention confidence and self esteem.
I am 100% confident with my face with no makeup on I also love my face with makeup on so not only is it fun and creative to do it also inhances confidence it can also inhance natural beauty if you prefer the more natural way of makeup which personally prefer.

Stretching and Flexibility tips
Stretching is one of the most important parts of gymnastics it helps flexibility and gets you ready for other tricks later on. So here are a few of my tips and tricks.
TIP 1: warm up- warm ups are so important. DO NOT just skip straight to stretching its gonna hurt! warm ups heat up your mussel so they will be easier to bend and hurt less while stretching. For a good warm up i suggest a lot of running and do different jumps in between each run. If you don’t warm up there is a higher chance that you a going to pull/rip a muscle while stretching. Which hurts... A LOT!!!
TIP 2: stretching- Stretching is very important is prepares your body for all the tricks you are about to do SO DON’T SKIP IT. For stretching i would suggest stretching your back by doing a bridge, your left, right and middle splits, hands by pressing them against the floor, head buy turning it side to side, your straddle and pike positions.
TIP 3: at home stretching- This improves your ability in gymnastics class if you train at home but i’m not just saying do all the things you do in actual training i’m saying do all that stuff however i have a few extra tricks that can make your flexibility so much better. All you need it books. i suggest for straddle start with one book on either side of your leg and stretch forward as far as you can and keep building up the stack of books until you cant go higher.

Why Simone Biles is invincible!
Simone Biles is an unstoppable Olympic athlete. She won four gold medles and one bronze in the Rio 2016 olympics🏅. Simone is so brilliant at gymnastics she has a move named after her and she has been the only gymnast know to complete the almost impossible move on floor. This incredibly hard move is called ‘ The Biles’ The move is also known as ‘ double layout half.’ Simone has such a high difficulty level some of the things she has accomplished had been imposible for othe gymnasts to complete.

Introduction to Gymnastics
A few things you will need...
at least one leotard
Hand guards
Shorts
The BasicS...
Most comonly you are supposed to start Gymnastics when you are 2 the latest is 5 or 6 however as I am a late starter gymnast the chance that I will go to the Olympics is very faint. However if you are a late starter like me don’t let it stop you from doing gymnastics. If you really want to achieve a place at the Olympics just train hard and im sure you can achieve it. However, it is not going to come easy you need to train hard, eat right and stay healthy. But the earlier the better. The basic things you need to know about the skills is...
Good posture
Balance
Strength
Flexibility
Those 3 things are the basic things you need to master before doing gymnastics then everything is so much easier after that. In my old gymnastics that I attended they just put you right into the skills which is not always the best place to start.
My recommendation on what skills you should master first are…
Splits they always end up coming in handy in a later stage.
Forwards and backwards rolls I know these two seem very boring but they come in handy for front and back tucks.
Cartwheel, they prepare you for many different things such as round offs and side free cartwheels.
Round off, the round off is probably the most important skill for tumbling. This skill can give you the most momentum to go straight into backhands spring, back tuck and full twist. If you look at gymnastics on tv or YouTube the gymnasts almost always do a round off before any sort of tumbling.
If you master these skills early a lot of other skills will become easier to do later on.
