Just a quick edit of @plasma-tree 's vampire bite cc - full credit to them + thank u for the open tou.

All I did was add a bevel + emboss filter for depth + some blurriness behind the bites for a more agitated look as requested by @living-undead. There's swatches with and without the blurriness. Also added two more cheeky placements ( breast and thigh ).

No changes to the thumbnail or category ( tattoos ).

i wanted a lighter body hair for my sims that either don't grow a lot of hair or are in the "in between" stages of their hair growth.

this set consists of three body hairs you can use for arms and legs and can be used on all frames. more details and pics under the cut

each body hair comes in a single swatch that should work with most (if not all) hair colors given how light they are.

they are set to hair growth level 1 for those that use the in-game hair growth system

✒️ EAxis broke or improperly modified 18 files that affect the shape of our bodies and specifically our spines. This mod restores the old working files and fixes us.

👹 As of Update 7/26/2024 and date 8/3/2024, they still can't be arsed to fix us officially. Why yes, that is a live tracker! I'm doing it myself. <cackles maniacally>

💬 I Want To Believe™ that EAxis will officially fix us eventually. I explained the problem and the solution on AHQ. I will "refresh" these files when they do, if they actually modify the files and don't just restore them like I have. It might be a good idea to keep this in your Mods folder permanently now that we know EAxis can screw with us like this. If it happened once, chances are it can happen again.

💜 Thanks for the engagement and the reblogs, and ♪ you're welcome! EAxis is taking too long and seeing my sim that way was making me sad and angry. If it wasn't for a random Body Preset mod giving me some insight and two of my not-yet-updated simmer friends graciously exporting and sharing a ton of files from 1.107.151.1020 with me until I found the culprit, this fix might not have happened so soon. I'm working on AnimXGenWear right now but when I've got some time I will add a tutorial to my Patreon Discussions showing you how to do this in the future in the event I go MIA. Keep in mind, unless you've got access to 1.107.151.1020 files, you cannot do this right now as these files are still broken in 1.108.335.1020. Cheers!

👾 I should have left this in. In case you noticed it, the Glasses Distortion described HERE possibly cannot be fixed by mods. I tracked the culprit to the actual EXE file.

sunblind installer script *WINDOWS ONLY*

good morning gamers i wrote a script that installs @softerhaze's sunblind lighting mod in a few seconds 😘 (it can be used for other lighting mods as well, i just made this specifically for sunblind!)

what you need to do before running is unzip the lighting mod like this into a new folder in your downloads, AND CALL IT "sunblind"!! (you can put it somewhere else and name it something else, but you'll need to edit the script a bit. you can do it in notepad, but i recommend you just do this)

check the script and make sure the game file paths line up with the sims 4 folder where you normally install your lighting mod!!!! ESPECIALLY IF YOUR GAME IS PIRATED!!! if this isn't where you do it, you're gonna need to edit it for it to work ⬇

remember to back up your files just in case and you can repair your game to undo like always

when you're ready, right click the script, click run with powershell, and there you go

Sims 4 - UI Emotions Pose Overrides (Teen to Elder)

Saw someone else do this and wanted to do my own! This took a while. Most of these are new poses, some are from / edited from some of my pose pack poses, some are edits of the actual EA poses for the Emotions. I hope you will like these < 3

NOTES - This is currently only for Teen to Elder. It overrides every UI Emotion pose (with the exception of Asleep and Possessed.) - Due to the less exaggerated nature of these poses compared to EA's, they might be less 'one size fits all'. I've tried to make them in a way that lessens clipping in most cases, but as with any poses, clipping can happen. I've tested with fat Sims (no presets) and personally I don't think there's too much clipping. - Before you put these in your Mods folder (and after you choose to delete any of them) BE SURE to go into your Sims 4 folder (the one that's usually in My Documents, that also has your screenshots and saves, not the main installation folder) and delete the localthumbcache.package so these will show up in-game.
