Ravevision 2021 Submission Guide
The Submission Window will be opened next week on April 1st (not a joke) and stays open until Sunday April 4th afternoon CEST.
Once you’re ready, you can post your Ravevision entry. Your post must contain the following:
Your Rave: created on rave.dj. You can either upload it directly here on Tumblr or share it on YouTube first, please remember that the video might get blocked on YouTube.
The title of your Rave: can either be the randomized title by rave.dj or something you come up with yourself.
The original titles of both used songs/videos, including the country one of them is representing in Eurovision 2020 or in which national final it has been competing in
Optional: a short message you want to include.
Afterwards you use the submission form (which will be posted on April 1st) to give us a link to your Tumblr post. If two people are sending the same combination, the second person to do so will be contacted to clear the situation before the Reblog Party starts. Also, don’t forget to read the rules before submitting.
If you have any questions just go ahead and ask, see you next week!!

Ses sWelcome to the 2021′s edition of Eurovision 2nd Chance!
Welcome to Stockholm! After last year’s victory of Dotter and her song Bulletproof. The contest is coming to Stockholm for another year of the contest. Despite the lack of countries with national finals this year we hope the show will be amazing like last years. Now let’s view the schedule and some rules.
Sign ups will be taking place on the 27th of March at 20:00 pm CET. HoD can choose one of the countries that has had a national selection this year. Since we have less countries with nfs this year, we would appreciate if people consider co-HoDing!
Estonia was chosen as last year’s winner’s choice! So you can NOT claim it in the sign ups.
If a HoD won’t submit a song until the 8th April 00:00 CEST, they will be disqualified from the contest and end up with a warning. If you can’t submit in time please contact one of the hosts.
The live show will take place on 10th of April at 20:00 CEST
The Heads of Delegation have to submit their entry until the 29th April 00:00 CEST. Not submitting an entry will end up in disqualification and a warning.
The live show is planned for the 1st of May 2020 probably 20:00 CEST.
If any of you have questions, please ask either me or Hendrik. Join our discord where most of HoDs will be there and where you can get your info quicker.
Ses snart!

Ravevision 2021 Rules
The National Final season is almost over so here’s the promised full list of rules!!
All competing entries are mashups created on rave.dj
At least one of the two used videos has to be a song competing in Rotterdam 2021 OR has been competing in a national final of this season (including internal selections)
The second video does not have to be Eurovision related, doesn’t even have to be a song. It can be ANYTHING, your choice!!
No popular mashups that have already been floating around the internet
No intentional covers/(alleged) plagiarism
If two people try to submit the same rave combination, the second person to do so will be contacted, you can submit another mashup instead
Please do not post your entries before the submission window has been opened. You can post and submit your raves starting April 1st until April 4th afternoon CEST (subject to change) with the reveal/reblog later that day as your Easter treat!!
The full submission guide will follow in later this month!! (don’t expect big changes from last year’s edition)

New Year, new Ravevision!!
The most intense weeks filled with National Finals for Eurovision 2021 are right in front of us. When this madness is over, we’re starting our next edition of Ravevision!!
The same procedure as last year? The same procedure as every year!
If you have particiapted in one of the previous editions you know what this contest is about but for those who are new here, let’s take a quick look at the rules:
You submit mashups created on rave.dj
At least one of the two used videos has to be a song competing in in Rotterdam 2021 OR has been an entry in one of this season’s national finals
The other video does not have to be Eurovision related, anything from chart hits to classical mosic or memes is possible, your choice!!
PLEASE DO NOT post your mixes before the submission window which will be opened AFTER we were able to listen to every single entry of Eurovision 2021
More info coming in a few weeks near the end of the season. Until then, keep raving!!

That concludes the live show...
…time to get voting!
You can relisten to all songs on the official YouTube playlist
Here’s the Spotify playlist (missing Japan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan and Bhutan)
Recap
Jury vote by giving the classical Eurovision points to your top 10, and by including two backups. The jury vote is obligatory for all heads of delegation. You will also be asked to give a spokesperson who presents your voice, and it’s preferred if you can provide a suitable image.
Televote by giving out 16 votes to any songs you’d like. You can only give a max of four televote points to one entry, meaning that you have to give points to at least four entries. The televote is open to everyone, participant and non-participant, and it is encouraged for heads of delegation to vote here too.
Thank you for being with us and we hope you enjoyed the show!

How it works: All 24 national jury results will be posted individually, in the order in which their entry was presented during the song reveal.
