Saravanampatti is located exactly in the Sathyamangalam Highway(sathy road) which is quite good for the Job location. So many colleges, Luxury apartments and  best schools in Coimbatore are located in this region. This region will hit less to heavy traffic during the peak time. The KGISL and KCT tech park are located in Saravanampatti. Saravanampatti is the city with all amenities nearby, less crowded and easy to accessible through any transport means. Even during the rainy season this city gets not covered with rain water that easily and the rain water just runs away. 

Keeranatham which is situated very close to Saravanampatti. This region is mostly owned by the Luxury apartments as this is considered as one of the posh(Hi-fi) area in Coimbatore. Keeranatham experiences good climate with very less traffic and sometimes no traffic hence it is bit away from the highway. The nearby areas are been developing because of this IT Industry. Since Keeranatham holds a great IT hub it is the best land for sale in Coimbatore. 

Vilankuruchi is located in the East of Coimbatore near the Avinashi highway. The rents for the stay in Vilankuruchi is quite less when compared with house for sale in Coimbatore entirely.
