EP: 9. Genre: IndiePop
"Roads" By Decorator
"Don't you want to take another road
We were standing
We were standing by the edge of destruction and
Don’t you want to take another road
We will be there together on the eve of evolution"
Alright, something about this song is just so catchy to me?? I dont like very repetitive songs, but some things got me with this song. The guitar I love, the catchy tunes, the poppy sound, I'm just jamming with it, honestly.

My favorite hobby is finding really random singers/bands. My current favorite is this guy that released exactly six songs (all complete bangers) in 2015, got absolutely no attention for it, then dropped off the face of the planet. Anyway, if anyone wants some music recommendations...Nodaway is great. You should listen.

EP: 8. Genre: HELP PALESTINE
Tumblr media
"The Olive Tape" By The Olive Tape
Sadly, I am unable to link songs, but they are available on BandCamp to listen to.
The Olive Tape is an album created by 24 artist, ranging collection of Indie music and poems. The special thing about this album is that it was created to help raise funds for humanitarian aid in Palestine.
The music and poems expressed are beautiful and heartbreaking at the same time. With each artist conveying a message or story that truly should be listened too.
If you can, give it a listen to boost, and if you would like to do more, the album can be bought on Bandcamp with links to the fundraising sites there. I will also link up those links here and here.
FREEDOM FOR PALESTINE.
END GENOCIDE.
KEEP FIGHTING.
KEEP STRIKING.
Notable Songs On Album:
"Watermelon Seeds" By Phay
"Cool" By Rotana
"All I Know Is Love" By Nadine El Roubi
"Hidden Fist" By Warping ft. Heems

EP: 7. Genre: HyperPop
"CATGIRL SWITCHBLADE" By FREE.99
"You look around
And spit it out
And bleed"
I think they hit every time. FREE.99 dropped another album, and something about their music just scratched my brain. These girls don't miss when it comes to distortion and electro music in the hyperpop genre. I really do recommend checking out thier albums on SoundCloud or BandCamp.
If anyone would like further quick listen, I do have another post about them on EP: 5. Here's also another song that bangs from this album "ESPER."

EP: 6 Genre: Podcast
Tumblr media
"Hello From the Magic Tavern" By Arnie Niekamp
Ok ok ok guys I know this isn't my usual songs that I post, but let me tell you, I love this podcast. It's funny, it's witty, it's quick, it shocks you, and there's just so much to unpack each episode. Between the jokes and the mythical world this podcast keeps me entertained and always wanting for more.
The audio clip up above is NOT from the podcast itself. It's just all I can link up to with tumblr. You can find the podcast on all sorts of media platforms, but I definitely recommend listening to an episode.

EP: 5 Genre: HyperPop
"EVAPORATE" By FREE.99
"Feel the beatdown, bitch
Life's just a dream, then you bleed, that's it
(That's it)
Yellin' smoke 'em if you got 'em
Color of a TV, toilet full of vomit
Glitchy little mind-crime hybrid
Kilobyte child with the hive-mind eyes stitched
Baptized in Wi-Fi, while I choose to pretend
Dead eyes fiendin' for a dexadrine
Bled tied to the shape of somethin' epicene"
If you like HyperPop or Experimental Tech, I heavily recommend FREE.99 to be an artist to check out. Sadly, because they are so small, I can only find them on Bandcamp and on SoundCloud. If you can get past that, then check them out. The music scratches my brain and leaves me wanting for more with each song I listen to.
I also heavily recommend checking out their other song, "TRANS RIOT MUSIC." As a trans person, it's amazing.

EP: 4. Genre: Instrumental - EDM
"Corruption" By harvo
Lyrics - None
The beat scratches my brain just right with a crisp sound that somehow remind me of the Maze Runner? Or a video Edit?
I dont know, but it is a satisfying listen. Check out harvo because they have some pretty solid beats.

EP: 3 Genre: Rap/Pop
"24" By Civ Pierre
Lyrics N/A
Fast past song with dialog and beat that scratches my brain just right. I like how Civ Pierre plays with the background instrumental while also using it to create a sharp focus on the lyrics. I like the way the song sounds

EP: 2. Genre: Rap/Pop
"Can't Wake Up" By Ahmed Anonimis
"I ain't never met one like me, I don't know of another
It's a mask on my face that's disclosing a holler
Wanna scream "go away" to express like a potter
Harry on my head, think these locks make smarter
Y'all can take me for play, I'll make a change like modder"
In this song, I love Ahmeds vocals and the beat he's playing with. The song makes me want to get up, move, and sing with him. It's calming and smooth, yet still able to give me energy while hitting in a message.
I definitely recommend checking this man out because I love the way he raps, sings, the message, and his creativity.

EP: 1. Genre: Pop/Grunge
"Old Yeller" By Childish Japes, Dave Vives
"Drowning the ghost by swimming in static
My tainted breath in fire lungs
I swear that I don't feel anything but safe
So run your fingers over these hands
And tell me a story"
I genuinely cannot recommend this entire album enough. The instrumentals make me captivated throughout each song, and the vocals make me feel like screaming out my heart.
Each song throughout the album is different, and you can hear the band experiment with their sound while also maintaining that amazing feeling.
This is the longest song in the whole album, so if you don't like long songs, I wholeheartedly recommend trying a different one on the album, For example "Something Else."
